I only gave Venti Cafe mocha extra 1 shut down. But what I was given was ex white mocha and half of it was cream. I said it shouldn't be too sweet. Everything is wrong. I'm better off buying it from the gas station. just waste of money.

It is not my job to tip and compensate the employees for what the employer does not pay with that being said I'm broke I have very limited funds I definitely want to tip but sometimes I can't do that I also don't enjoy being smiled at sarcastically for not doing

I would like to commend an employee by the name of LIAM in this branch. Liam is the kind of employee every employer wants! Big inviting smile (makes SO much difference), fantastic customer service from the moment you step in and until you leave, extremely efficient! I appreciate the fact that even if he is having a bad day/shift, he will stay super professional and will never let you see/feel it because your experience matters to him. Thank you Liam and keep up the great work!

This location absolutely sucks!! They shouldn't be allowed to carry the name. Very unprofessional and immature staff and manager. I ordered a Carmel frappe blend in the drive-thru and it was horrible. It was all ice and whip cream. I took it back and asked for a remake. They got salty and made me wait for 15mins and they never made it again for me. They all stood around drinking their own drinks. So I kept cool and asked for a refund and all of a sudden they get busy and made me wait for my refund. The manager was irritated and the staff laughed. I took my refund and went to Dutch Bros coffee around the corner. Much better!! I'm never going back there. Don't do it, reconsider!!

They’re so slow because they don’t have enough staff working. I ordered a head and still had to wait 10+ mins to get my drink. The barista was slow and didn’t even try to make the drinks fast. First and last time I come here.

Most of the positive reviews about this story are phony.The people at this store will target any customers who complain about anything. They are immature and act like babies. Like a lot of Starbucks drive-thru stores, they don't really care about the people who come inside the store. They constantly screwed up my drive thru orders as well and don't apologize when they do. The manager of this store should be fired because their employees are so unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills.

Love this location. They always make my matcha frappe perfect! Besides the horrible construction on midway, this is my fav Starbucks I've lived by in a while. Even in the morning rush they seem to move pretty fast all things considered. & I know how ppl feel about Starbucks overall but that matcha frappe with coconut milk and bacon and Gruyère egg bites have never let me down. ‍

Went there this morning to get a medicine ball tea. I did ask for light lemonade instead of regular but it is clear that they disregarded my request. Also the gentleman at the window Trevor was his name was so unwelcoming and rude. I hope he didn`t piss on a bunch of others people morning with that attitude. This is the holiday season and that was not welcoming.
