I ordered venti Vanilla Sweet Cream , it’s very water down since I noticed the cold brew in his bucket was almost empty. Kinda disappointed that he thinks that customers are not known what the barista did to their drinks

The staff was super attentive. Max was amazing and explaining what options we have. One worker dropped a tea bag in the hot water and said, "sorry." Max Stepped over grabbed a spoon and removed the tea bags replaced them and finished the drink. He explained the color changing cups for my kids and ended up purchasing them too.

They routinely don't tell you they are out of Cold Brew or Nitro Cold Brew and give you normal iced coffee while labeling it as nitro Cold brew....ridiculous

I paid for a venti drink and this is what I got!!! Literally looks like someone took a big gulp from this drink. Drink cost way too much for this to happen. Highly unsatisfied
