Attended with a group of co-workers for supper. Our waiter was outstanding, as were the servers. One member of our group raved about this bloody mary, saying it was perfect. The various cuts of meat were full of flavor. The salad bar was also excellent.

This was my first time eating at this chain restaurant. I visited with co-workers on a business trip. It was absolutely wonderful! The salad bar was exceptional(could have eaten just this) and the meat choices were great quality. The staff is friendly and visited often. Offering lamb, various cuts of steak, pork and chicken. The lamb chops and the flank steak medium rare was the best!

When it came time to pay, he decided that he would write his own 20% tip on everyone’s ticket and claimed it to be the restaurant policy. When we asked to speak to the manager, he refused and came back with new tickets trying to cover his behind. He then decided to throw my change and booklet down on the table and stormed off. We addressed the issue with the manager and all she had to say was she would speak to him and he shouldn’t have done that. We will NEVER go back to this location.

We had a horrible experience with customer service. We were there to celebrate a birthday and it was 7 of us. I paid with a card. When we got our receipt to sign the waiter had already wrote in a tip amount of over 20% and the new total without permission. When I questioned it he said it was mandatory. I told him that is fraud! The waiter had wrote in everyone’s tip! My daughter paid in cash and he took it upon himself to keep her change without asking. When she asked for her change he took it out of his pocket and threw it on the table! He must have been desperate for tips but this is not acceptable service. Who does that?! We spoke with the manager and she advised this was not mandatory and not a normal procedure. SMDH! Check your tickets people when you visit this place!! Don’t be deceived!

The passion fruit caipirinha cocktail is delicious, the oven cooked pineapple is to die for and the picanha meat is the best.
I recently dined at Texas de Brazil and overall had a satisfying experience. The food was delicious, and I appreciated how quickly the chefs came by our table when we were ready for more cuts of meat. The variety at the salad area was impressive, especially the cheese and vegetable options. The lobster bisque was a standout. However, I did notice some inconsistency in the seasoning of the meats, with some being overly salty. Additionally, while the service was adequate, our server could have been friendlier, and we had to wait longer than expected for our plates to be cleared. Despite these minor issues, I still enjoyed my meal and would consider returning in the future.
