Proceed With Caution:I was told the place is transitioning from corporate owned to franchise (or was it the opposite??) At any rate, our party of 8 on a Sunday morning overwhelmed the entire staff of 2 people. And we were the ONLY ones there. Then I'm told the entire restaurant was OUT of coffee. OMFG!l WHAT?? Our server seemed new or confused but managed to get our orders right and our party fed. I would like to call out the employee alone behind the bar "pretending" to be busy - when I asked for another beer, she sent me back to the table to a server who was already overwhelmed. Now, I understand the policy of keeping bar tabs at the table, but I don't understand the complete indifference and sour attitude I got. Please approach this above all else. If your employees aren't happy, your customers won't be happy.4 Stars to the unsung hero: The Cook. ?‍?My "All Nighter" burger was worth it all.

We were in town for a conference and decided to pop in since this place was close to the hotel. We opted for this place because they advertised happy hour specials. We walked in and it wasn't busy at all. They seemed to be interviewing applicants at the next table over. When our server came over I asked about the happy hour drink specials. She said she didn't know what they were. I asked if they were written down somewhere or if she could ask and she casually blew me off. We ordered burgers and all three of our orders were wrong. One of my buddies got queso on his burger and tots and got sick in the middle of the night. Afterward, I was told by locals that it's a decent weekend spot, but avoid during the week.

Came there with a couple friends late at night on a Friday and we got great service at the bar! The artichoke dip was fantastic and the drink selection was great. Had some fun talks with the staff and enjoyed everything. Keep it up!

Management was not helping the one waitress run food or take orders which led to us not ordering food for an hour. Manager/bartender also did not make our drinks in a timely manner and our food came out before our drinks but the bar area was completely empty ?? it was a bad experience.

We used to go to Bar Louie twice per month before pandemic. (That's why some items in my pictures might not look the same or even available)Tonight was our first time back. We agreed with other reviews about service being not satisfactory. However, martinis were still yummy and that's usually our reason to go.Would go back to have a full meal soon.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access

Disappointing; no where near the level of the Bar Louie in Irving. Burger missing the highly touted bacon, the truffle fries had not the slightest hint of truffle oil, and the garlic aioli was plain old mayonnaise.

Food was extremely overpriced for the quality and service for us was terrible (we interacted with two different waitresses and they seemed very uninterested and slow to respond to our needs like silverware and waters AFTER our food arrived). The kitchen and bar were extremely slow with less than half the tables occupied on a Friday night. Not going to risk coming back with so many other good options in the area.

Wings do come with feathers, French onion soup with no cheese. Overall food service was bad. Serve time was awful- brought our sandwiches before even the appetizers.

We came here for dinner. I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. My husband ordered the flat bread pizza. Waitress came back to our table after 10 or so minutes to tell me they were out of tomato soup. She offered onion soup or fries. I chose fries. The grilled cheese sandwich had lots of mayonnaise on it. I like mayonnaise but, never on my grilled cheese sandwich. I ate it, but really didn't like it. The fries were heavily salted. My husband's flat bread pizza, must have been straight out of a box. He didn't like it. I had ice tea, and my husband had a $6. Glass of wine. The bill was $37. The food isn't very good here...it's probably more of a bar place.

I only visit occasionally, and now I remember why.... This place is kind of terrible. I stopped in to watch some of the bowl games on 12/27 and they only had one game on, with a TV that looked broken. The bartender was less than impressive, I wasn't greeted when I walked in, nor did he have knowledge of the happy hour menu. I think I was only served because he noticed me attempting to make eye contact with him after walking by me three times. I'm referring to him in third person because he never introduced himself... But wait there's more, he thought it would be a great idea to smoke/vape behind the bar. That's a health code violation! Did he wash his hands afterwards... Of course not. I read the reviews, and don't understand how this place is rated above three stars.Step your game up. Shakertins is a 2 minute walk around the corner.

There was a piece of hair in the wings I ordered to go. They were very responsive and immediately offered to replace it. But when I got there, they said they didn’t have my order. Seemed like the person I communicated with by email hadn’t informed the restaurant I was there to get a replacement.Had to wait and explain a couple of times why I was there before I got my order.

No greeting when i arrive. Sat at bar and bartender looked at me like i was a nuisance. Then another one finally came over with menus snd asked me if i knew what i was drinking. I ordered a salad with no cheese. It came out with cheese. I pointed it out and the bartender said oh yeah. He took it back and was back immediately with the same salad. They scraped the cheese off as theres was still some on it. The lettuce was wilted as well. Not impressed by salad at all. I said something to bartender but he said he didn't know he didn't do it. But he had to have waited for them to scrape cheese off because he was back so quickly. He did offer to remove from bill. Place isn't very busy at all. What a shame! Great customer service goes a long way!
