This place used to be the best bakery in Collin county. There was a lady that had triplets and she was the owner I think. I’m not sure who owns it now, but please get the recipe from the original owner. For the past 2 years these have been the driest, hardest, and stale tasting cupcakes I have ever tasted. The cupcakes don’t even have a good form. They are more like hard muffins with a lot of artificial flavored icing. These have to be frozen and thawed out because where is quality control? I went in and purchase three cupcakes. They all were disgusting all were stale and all were old. I love cake and have loved Bliss. I’ll eat cake even if it’s bad or lacking bc I love it. But a $4 stale cake….let somebody else do it. I have been coming to Bliss since it opened years ago however, this new ownership has not lived up to the namesake.

I love this shop. I use to live in the area and still drive out every now and then because they will ice a cupcake for you if you don’t see the combo you want. If it’s in stock. Love the chocolate cupcake with the strawberry icing so yummy. So glad this place is still around.

Not a good experience at all. They took my cake order over the phone and asked me to send a image of what I wanted. I made one change, which was name placement. On the phone I was promised a cake topper and candles. I reviewed the colors (ombré shades of blue). Everything was confirmed and they took my payment over the phone. I get to the store (night of cutting the cake), and the cake is incorrect. They only had one shade of blue. There was no decorations as the picture. I looked at the paper that had the name for the birthday girl, it had no specifics written down. THE CAKE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE HAPPY BIRTHDAY written on it. They even tried to get me to sign a paper that says once I walk out, I don't get a refund to which I refused to sign. The lady at front said to call denisse (the cake decorator) and she'll be able to help me the next day, since she had left. Well due to it being a birthday weekend I count call until 4 days. I called and they said they can't do anything but provide 4 maybe 6 cupcakes to me???? Ridiculous. Denisse said she isn't the owner so that's all she could do. I requested her to call the owner inform her of what happened and get back to me. No response. Still haven't heard back. I would not recommend this place. Also I still have the cake sitting in my fridge because it was not good. There was only once slice cut from the birthday girl. Horrible. I should’ve listened to previous reviews. Btw the owners don’t visit the store but every 2-3 months according to Dennise. So that’s probably why I haven’t received a response.

I want to give a shout out to a company that we enjoyed visiting, Bliss Cupcakes I am a lover of sweets. My husband I were window shopping, and behold my eyes fell upon this cute bakery. I kept looking and finally decided to go in and indulge my taste buds. It smelled so good the minute you open the door. We had the pleasure of meeting Alexandra an employee who was kind and had a beautiful smile. She talked to us about the different flavors and we finally made a choice I got the lemon and my husband got his favorite chocolate. They were very delicious. They also have cute samples that you can taste before you buy!!!!!Please stop by to enjoy some delicious cupcakes !!!Martha very happy customer ?

I bought cupcakes for my son's birthday party. The cupcakes taste amazing; however, the way they package the cupcakes, the icing was squished making them look very ugly. The young lady at the front apologized and stated that happens. I will not come back because presentation is very important and the pretty cupcakes turned ugly in those small containers. Just use less icing or get bigger containers!

Cake balls were a decent price but they were not good! I got some for my daughter's birthday and she did not like them at all she LOVES cake balls. My husband and I did not enjoy it either tasted like the cake wasn’t fully cooked I honestly would have not been sure of the flavor if I didn’t personally order it myself. Tasted like moist flour. Won't be going back. But the lady was super sweet!

It seems that 3 years ago, there may have been a different baker because the FB reviews and Google reviews reflected a deliciously decorated treat. That, however is no longer the case.2 years ago I was excited to try their strawberry cupcake. It was not fresh, the cake was dry, and the buttercream was surprisingly overly sweet and grainy.I appreciate giving others a chance at redemption so… I went back. This time I brought one of my kiddos so I could taste TWO different cupcakes: Red Velvet and Italian Wedding Cake. Same result: dry cake, overly sweet and grainy frosting. I was SOOOOO disappointed. I then found out that they used corn syrup as an ingredient for some of their items and that kinda sealed the deal for me.Unfortunately I would NOT recommend Bliss Cupcakes at this time… Marketstreet’s pastries and cakes are ALWAYS moist and their buttercream is smooth

Amazing Experience, I ordered a Birthday cake for my son within a weeks time and the staff assisted me to perfection. We communicated via phone and email and they took care of all my needs swiftly and professionally. Not only did the cake come out exactly how I imagined it; but I also enjoyed the professional demeanor each staff member gave my family. This company will definitely get my business in the future. One because of the service and two because of the extreme measures they go through to protect and help educate customers on how to handle a cake!
Absolutely horrible. Bought 2 iced cookies, and before doing so I specifically asked if they were freshly made today. I was told yes, ok so I bought them. Get them home and the cookie was so dry and the icing on top was so dry and sharp, it almost cut my Daughter’s gum! I called and told them I was bringing them back for a refund. When I got there, the girl that sold them to me, and the one I spoke to on the phone, tried to argue with me that they were brought out this morning by the baker. I asked again if they were made fresh this morning and her answer changed again to the baker brought them out this morning. Well, just because they were brought out this morning doesn’t mean they were fresh. The cookie portion was so dry and stale, and the icing on top was like concrete, it’s as if they had been sitting out since last Friday. Which wouldn’t surprise me because their quality has gone down in the past year and their items are dry. We won’t be back.

We spent over $120 on a graduation cake that was so disappointing. Uneven letters. Dry and tasted terrible. My poor daughter tried to so hard to be nice about it but I knew she was disappointed as well. She ate 1 slice and her face made me feel awful. I am so embarrassed at how this cake turned out on such a special occasion. I have also emailed the owner twice and she has not even responded so that alone will tell you they just don't care. That is what ticks me off most. Own up to your mistakes and rectify them in what way you can. If it was a cheap cake I would give a crap! Do better Bliss

This bakery has really gone downhill. It was one my favorites. Specifically for the chocolate cupcake with cream cheese frosting. The last two times I've stopped by here I've been disappointed. The cupcakes that I purchased today were dry and the frosting tasted like it came from a tub in the grocery store. Definitely will not be returning here.

Used to be a go-to for the family. Has declined in service and quality over the years though. Recently bought 6 cupcakes for a birthday and everyone agreed the cupcakes were on the dryer side. Which used to never be an issue with Bliss. I hope to go back and have cupcakes like how I remember them.. but if not crumbl is always just across 75 on stacy(they make awesome cookies(flavors change every week) over there. 3 stars because they made us many great cupcakes and cakes before.. but our experience there has declined over the last year.

I was a repeat customer, but the last visit the customer service was horrible and I certainly will never come back again. The person there spent the whole time on the phone and and when I finally got tired of waiting on them to get off the phone, they looked at me in the eye and said nothing as I finally just walked out the door. I can accept that I was completely ignored, but that day I was there to cheer up a family member who lost a loved one and wanted something sweet to give them. I would give a negative star if I could!
