The food was cold esp the rice and it was not even what I expected. The staff was just hanging around in the dining area instead of making my order. I had to ask 3 times to the staff to start making my online order and they just ignored me. It was not busy either. I had come last sunday april 7th in the afternoon. I ended up getting stomach ache due to the food was given to me. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless you want to get sick and want unsatisfactory service and get ripped off from your money. The customer service is the worse here.

I came in for quesadillas and they told me they can't do quesadillas because the machine is broken. The serve was very dry and unfriendly. I needed something I can eat while driving. I did get a burrito after I left and came back.

Service absolutely sucked ! Lady in the front was extremely rude over extra rice and then the rice was undercooked so my whole meal was wasted. There are definitely other Chipotles so your best bet is to just go to another close location if this one is close to you

The bowl I received was portioned poorly. I asked for extra rice and beans and they proceeded to only give me a regular serving of both. I also asked for half steak and half barbacoa and the gentleman proceeded to charge me for extra protein even when he did not serve extra. The rice was not cooked correctly. This location is poorly ran. To have to pay 20 dollars for what I received is such a shame.

The girl at the cashier with the broken arm is absolutely not supposed to be in customer service , the condensing way she communicates with customers and the way she throws the food in the bag is just unprofessional, she could also at least fake she likes her job instead of taking it out on the customers.
They will SCRAPE whatever chicken they can from their containers before getting a fresh batch. Today around 11:55AM, a gentleman let me cut in line. Before I walked in he noticed the fresh batch of chicken being prepared. I noticed it too but didn’t say anything because I wanted to see what this lady would do when it was my turn to order. This woman gave me 2 scoops of the driest chicken I’ve ever tasted. I’m very disappointed with her decision since this location is in a dense shopping plaza. I really shouldn’t have to ask not to be served the refuse chicken.
