I patronize at several locations of Cracker Barrel the service at this location was the worst. We ordered peach cobbler that was so nasty we couldn't eat it. So we spoke to the manager savier who told us that he would take the desert of our check, but instead he charged me all three desserts at a discount rate on one ticket. I didn't notice it until I got home and looked at my receipt. I then gave him a call and he told me that he could not see a receipt from the day before. Make sure you look at your receipt before you leave because you just may get cheated out of your money or even a discounted rate off of someone else's ticket without you being notified. The cashier that took my money was rude and disrespectful and impartial. I will never go to another Cracker Barrel.

Everytime we go, they're always out of at least one person's order...usually it's the fried chicken, but out of 3 different entrees, you start to run out of options, OUR server was fantastic, all the others were standing about 5 ft from us arguing over who is doing what closing stuff (2 hrs before close ?)

Waited for my curbside order to realize it had just been sitting there. Nbd. Got home and the Mac n cheese was literally noodles and thin runny sauce. I have NEVER gotten Mac and cheese like that from any cracker barrel. I was genuinely surprised. The tenders were a lil tough too. Really disappointed bc I really like grabbing dinner to go from here but don't know if I'll risk it again.

Best breakfast EVER! I don't like sausage, but theirs is good. I had pancakes, and they were PERFECT! Fluffy, hot and done! I could only eat 1/2, but Colin was determined not to let them go to waste! The syurp is the best. Came with bacon sausage and ham! And an egg. It was funny that we both got exactly the same thing! We know what we love!Wheelchair accessibility: No problem at all in a chair here!!

The food is fresh & relatively good most of the time & same for the customer service. I love shopping at the store! My only concern is the Cracker Barrel app. It barely works & is not good for placing orders. Aside from that, I plan to continue dining at/ordering from this Cracker Barrel & other locations. Thanks.
