The food was great but what they put on the menu doesn’t add up with what they give you, we ordered 3 plates of wings and with each plate comes with ranch and carrots and celery and they didn’t bring any of that, so we asked for those he doesn’t say a thing and brings out one small plate of the veggies and one ranch, there are almost 30 wings and you give us one ranch?! So we went to the desk and asked if that was right, and the guy in the front said,”so u just want more” he could’ve said I’m sorry abt that let me get that for you. Yes we except what comes with the plate. As our first time there we were disappointed. The servers never paid attention to their surrounding and didn’t know how to have customer service.

I came into the restaurant hoping it would be worth it, it seemed appealing. I ordered a regular burger (lettuce, tomato, and mayo only) and 10 piece wing combo (Cajun and Mild). It took a while for the food to come out, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt, hoping the food was getting made with some special love and care. We received the burger first and it was cold, the patty was dry/over cooked, and it wasn’t made how I asked (missed lettuce and tomato, and added onions?). Then our wings came, the Mild wings were the best part, though there wasn’t much to beat. They came out cooked well but the cajun was a bit dry. The fries were good, I could just tell they've been sitting out a while. If I do decide to return, it will only be for the buffalo wings.????
2nd time here was horrible waited 18 minutes for a barely warm burger buns not even toasted lmao no seasoning on fries cheese not even melted … for 13.60 horrible quality . Bad service. My meat was barely warm . The edges were cold . UnbelievableKid-friendliness: Nice environment

Not a good experience at all .. this place is way too loud and food was truly awful for what you pay. We ordered the original fatburger which doesn’t come with any fries or drink . Those are additional charges.. over all we paid about $20 per person for small burger. Burgers were was ice cold, fries were soggy and cold .If you like to spend for way below average burger I would highly recommend this place.

Horrible dry overcooked burger and fries were raw asked for my burger to be cooked Medium Rare they cooked it well done, then when I returned it they said that they didn't have a thermometer or the correct utensils to cook it correctly, I have worked in restaurants for over 20 years and the floors were so filthy, dirty restaurants can't be trusted because if you don't care if it's clean,then you will drop food on the floor and still serve it,hire some responsible adults
