Brought me the wrong food, so my area on the table ended up covered in water from the condensation of the crawfish platter. However, when my correct order arrived, the Cajun crawfish and shrimp tacos none of that mattered anymore. They were very good.

I had lunch at Fish City Grill today and it was the first time I had eaten there. To start, I have to say that our waiter, Pablo provided some of the best service I have received at any restaurant since the start of COVID. Pablo was attentive, and when he found out we had never eaten there before, he brought out a little sampler of a couple of Oyster Nachos and 4 little plastic tasters of the soups/gumbo/bisques.Everything on the sampler was excellent and I now know my 2 year old grand daughter LOVES your New England Clam Chowder and other offerings.Everything we had was excellent (including the boiled crawfish, which if you are a crawfish lover, you know the crawfish supply has been an issue this year). Fish City Grill is absolutely on our regular list now, and if you are at the Allen Location, ask for Pablo. He will make your meal a pleasure.

FCG is on the south side of Highway 75, offering easy access on/off the freeway. There’s bar seating on the patio. Both offered a relaxed vibe. Customers were allowed to dine with their dogs big and small. Dog lovers will enjoy the atmosphere and non-dog lovers, well there’s indoor seating. Service was so-so. The Blackened Red Fish with Parmesan Rice was cooked to perfection! It looked as though customers were enjoying their adult beverages from the bar. After your meal, walk about ten steps from the patio to the park area where there’s Corn Hole, Connect Four and maybe one or two other games setup. This FCG is perfect for date nights, girls/guys night or family night.
