I thought I'd finally give this place a try since I pass by it so often going home.I got the big hat burger combo. The burger looks like something homemade, like exactly how burgers look when you get them from the grocery store and make it at home.That's not a bad thing. it just didn't look like a fast food burger.The fries were the star, and I like the packaging it comes in, and they use seasoning salt, which made them taste even better.My only real critique is the drive-thru menu sign. I have good vision, so I was fine, but the size of the font on that thing is so tiny idk why they went with that I can only imagine some poor ol granny pulling up and it just being a complete blurr.If you have even slight vision issues go inside cause you won't be able to read the drive thru menu.

This location is the worst I've been to. Fries are always cold and unseasoned. The very small amount they gave me. This time the soda was flat. Burger ingredients are on half the burger. Wont be going back here. If I want hat creek I'll be driving to McKinney.

Hat Creek in general is a good value and tasty food. This particular location has someone working there by the name of Kazi who will simply brighten your day. He's kind and patient and helps you through the ordering process and takes time to ask you how you're doing. A perfect experience!

PLEASE GET YOUR DRIVE THRU SENSOR FIXED!!! 3 times I've sat there 5+ minutes moving truck back and forth, honking, and saying heloooooo into the speaker while cars lining up behind me. Never have this issue anywhere but here. SUPER FRUSTRATING!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns and tots/fries

The Secular Home Group of Plano area (SHARP) held a great event here at Hat Creek that was fun for the kids and relaxing for the parents. The service was friendly and the food was remarkably good with lots of choices.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out even in a wheelchair.

Many co-workers and I ordered in advance and pickup was easy and fast. Everyone was nice and helpful and I was in and out with 5 meals.
Very friendly service, food was great, and service was quick. It is definitely a busy place, and we needed to share a table with another family. They were luckily kind and it all was nice.Kid-friendliness: Play scape and open seating make it easy for kids to come and go.
