The Manager at first came off very domineering however, he realized that he was not listening to me and corrected very quickly and openly, much appreciated. BTW, he and his son were very pleasant overall. My issue, they quoted me for a repair that was more expensive than the dealer by about $400. No arguments from me to him or vise versa, just thought people should know when a shop cost more than a dealer, something is wrong in the universe. Quite a different experience over the old manager Austin, This wouldn't have happened with him! Austin was always a straight shooter with me and we had a great repour. Didn't feel it with the new team and wont be going back.

I always have anxiety about getting my car checked because I don't know much about cars, but when I brought my car for a bumper cover issue and check up for a road trip, they were so nice and helpful! Checked my car, patched up my issue and sent me on my way. No added sales tactics involved! It was painless and I was so pleased with their customer service!

Christian & Enrique are problem solvers! They make time for me even on short notice and fix issues on the spot. The car wash is phenomenal with great prices too! Way better than down the street to be honest :) overall amazing service!!

I ordered apples and greens smoothie today. The taste was off putting like it was fermented or gone bad and had to throw the entire drink away. I should have known that a location without alot of traffic and inside a car wash wouldn't be good. Plus, there wasn't any parking and just 1 car wash customer.

I was looking for a place to do an oil change and tire rotation for my girlfriends car. I was busy the day of doing a brake job on another car and couldn't take care of hers myself. I usually deal with Firestone and have found a good location but needed something closer to Allen. Ended up dropping off my car at noon and they greeted me outside and drove the car in to see if it had ever been previously serviced. I gave them my information and as I was leaving the manager stopped me to show the air filter (which was dirty). He said he wanted to show me before he would end up having to call me because people don't believe him sometimes. I have purchased these for my personal vehicles before at auto stores for 10-15 dollars. He quoted me 29.99 for one filter. I went ahead and told him to do it because It definitely needed changing. I googled the same filter for my car and it's 10-16 dollars at the local auto store. They then call me asking to change the cabin filter (which they said was dirty) knowing the overpricing I told them I would do it myself. The first thing i noticed was the overpricing on filters. Is this how they "make" their money? Then once my car is all finished up and I am coming to pay, the quote on the screen shows 370.00 dollars. (Showing a fuel cleaning flush, brake flush, coolant flush and more). They guy told me it was 370.00 and I then told him all I authorized was tire rotation and oil change. He went out to the shop and found out the technician had put "recommended work" on my invoice. Not sure why, but typically it's a separate sheet and they show it all out to you. He just deleted it all without explaining any of its But if someone who didn't know any better about cars would've came in they might have walked away with a 370.00 bill for no reason. Ended up being 130.00 for a tire rotation, oil change and filter. They charge for tire rotations when you can go to Firestone or Discount Tire for a free tire rotation, or do it yourself at home. I understand that there is labor but competitively it's not good. Overall my general experience was that it was overpriced and unprofessional. Definitely won't come back to any of these locations. I will resume with Firestone and be doing my auto maintenance myself when I have time. The whole stigma around auto repair/maintenance is that you can easily get overcharged. They did just that, with the filter (double the cost of the auto store), almost having me pay 370.00 (putting "recommendations" on my invoice), and then charging so much for such a simple service. Maybe it was just poor training from the clerk and I had a once in a lifetime bad experience but its worth sharing that there are plenty of better options then throwing your money away at this location. Enrique, the new manager, is awesome! I came in for an oil change & he walked over & personally introduced himself. This is my second time coming here and it's always a great experience! Everyone is super friendly and the service is quick. You can even get your car washed right next door. Check then out!

My husband has used this repair facility for over 3 years, recently one of the mechanics backed his vehicle out of the garage and into a pole on the property. We were told by the supervisor that the mechanic responsible would pay out of pocket for the repairs to my husband's vehicle as they did not want to make a claim on their insurance, we agreed and they have since avoided my husband's calls and recently a request for the corporate number.The damage to his property still remains.I would not take my vehicle to this facility for repairs as you risk you property being damaged and the management team not caring for it.

Crazily overcharged for an oil change. I was under the impression it would be around $70 from filling out the paperwork and at the end they told me it was $108 and that's after using an $8 off coupon. I've never heard of an oil change costing that much

Went today for oil change, coolant flush and filter. Replacement Job completed on timely manner, and went home satisfied with the experience. late that pm we decided to go to North Park for some errands.l and Upon entering highway 75 I'm hearing an odd sound coming from under the front hood. After a couple of miles driving we decided to pull over and check the front of the car. Upon careful explanation I notice that the technician did not properly bolted the engine splash shield. I will be returning tomorrow and hopefully they can fix it...keep you posted... Because of this issue im giving 3 stars for now .. Update. I went there this morning and tech was able to fix the problem. Also Abe who owns to shop message me about the issue.. Thank you both..

I should have just gone to the dealership....would have been cheaper by $40 and they would have at least listed my check engine light as being on, not off. Person who checked me in did not check me out. Person checking me out was rather short with me when I asked a simple question about my bill and acted like I should already have expected the price to be so high. I won't be going out of my way to come back here.

Man- these guys ROCK- from repairs to car-wash Go see Austin- he is usually on top of things and I greatly appreciate it. I usually don't give anyone 5 stars. Paige at the car wash - wow ! she knows her stuff and past 4 some years she has treated me like the way you should take care of your clients. Manager rocks Steven what a great guy ! All the way around 5 stars.

This is my go to for oil changes and minor car repairs. Austin is great to work with. Austin informed me of what car issues were going on and the repairs needed in plain terms because I am not a car person. All the staff is friendly and professional.

Got in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly staff. The store manager Austin was very informative and didn't even have to be. No pushy sales either. Taking your car in always feels like going to the dentist except this time no cavities and a lollipop!
