Called to have my order addressed since we order wings. Ashley answer and I’m guessing she went home for the day because nobody came to the phone with a manager. We got our food delivered but unlike the first time it looked dry and on further review there were chicken pieces slit as it they were sent back after another customer ate from it. I’m really disappointed.

Great place, very good service a big and unique menu. Recommend the Korean Bimbibab and the calamari both delicious. But everything we ordered was good, can’t wait to go back

Went for a late lunch so it was not crowded. The food was great. Our waiter was either busy doing some other tasks or just inattentive. We finally had to ask the bartender for more tea.

Love the decor, incredible service, great food, reasonable prices. I didn't partake, but their TV dinners to go intrigued me. If I was local, I'd get some. I had the chicken parmesean, great stuff, plenty to eat, actually left some of the pasta as there was too much to eat!

The restaurant features classic american entrees alongside a twist of asian and other dishes. The drinks are great and the patio is well designed. They have a dog menu and a bar inside. This is a great place to enjoy drinks and a meal with friends on a nice day. A little on the high end but still a great restaurant to be at.

Have always gotten good service and better than average food. Have eaten here a few times and have enjoyed it each time.

We were in the Allen area for my younger son’s wrestling tournament. We came in to Lazy Dog as it was near our hotel. The ambiance is relaxed and very inviting. The wall to ceiling limestone fireplace is warm and welcoming for a cool winter night. However, even more warm and welcoming were our server Andrew R. and GM Matthew Lindner. These two gentleman along with the great food and drinks made our evening. We were kindly greeted by the host and promptly seated. Then, along came Andrew with his friendly and helpful personality. He made some fantastic suggestions for our meal and drinks and highlighted some of his favorites dishes along the way. The menu at Lazy Dog has something for everyone! My husband and I ordered a Moscow Mile and a Pineapple Mojito. They paired great with a serving of home made garlic- parmesan chips given to us as first time customers. The mojito was fresh and not overly sweet, a sin otter committed by some who venture into different flavors of mojitos. The Mule was refreshing and had a great ginger zing to it. If you like beer/ sampling different beers than this place is for you! Let Andrew talk you in to the Beer Club. It will be worth it! The food was great. Came out timely, well seasoned and on temperature. Of all we ordered my favorite was the salmon dish and the Thai noodles ( not over cooked and with great flavor). To cap out evening we shared some dessert. We opted for the brownie and the honey cake. In my book, the honey cake takes first place. It comes warm and has a crispy edge and it’s perfectly moist and soft in the center. Topped with vanilla ice cream and macerated fresh strawberries. We would love to have a Lazy Dog in our area. But most of all, we would love to have an Andrew and Matt wherever we go! These two gentleman were extraordinary. Especially Mr Matthew L. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. If you’re in the area, this place is a sure to visit!

Great service , wide range of food selection and drinks. Also, you can bring your dog to enjoy the outside shaded patio.

It took me a while to find the place until I realized it was inside the Lazy Dog. Good wings and interesting sauces though. Definitely going back.

I was looking for a new place to try wings instead of the usual and came across Jolene’s looking online. Honestly, I wouldn’t go back. I ordered Buffalo Bone in and the sauce was gross along with the wings being rubbery. I also got the garlic parm boneless and Cajun fries. Those were terrible, very weird rubbery texture and the sauce wasn’t even on them. They just slopped it down in the to go box and set the chicken on top of it but I guess the fries were okay. That’s about it. Don’t recommend this place, save $40 and spend it elsewhere.

This was our first time here and we were very pleased. The food was delicious and we were comped an appetizer because we were not “greeted” when we arrived (very unexpected as we did not complain about this). The fact that they are pet friendly on the patio is a bonus!

I was visiting from the UK. Reserved a table for Mother’s Day Brunch. The service was good, drinks and food arrived promptly. Had the garden quiche with a side of fries - it was absolutely delicious. Will visit again when on vacation.

We had lunch here and I thought it was very good for a chain restaurant. Service was fast and the restaurant itself is huge. They have a great drink selection to choose from. We had the fried chicken sandwich and a burger with fries and both were excellent. Perfect spot for a nice breakfast or lunch.
