Came on a Friday night. It was busy, but was seated immediately. We ordered Chicken Fried Steak, basic burger, and the spicy shrimp salad. Everything was hot and the waitress was accommodating.Parking: There are several big restaurants in this location, you may have to park further than you’d like.

I had a garden salad with chicken and it was huge and delicious. Mimosa was good. Service was ok. She asked the person next to me twice if he wanted a refill and didn't ask me and I could tell she was a little green. But she was very nice. Atmosphere was great.

We have come here many times and it used to be one of our absolute favorite places to eat. This time the food was terrible. The chicken fried steak is my go to and today it had a weird taste and the mashed potatoes were brought out ice cold. When asked how things were I was honest and she said she’d have her manager come right over. I didn’t need to tell the manager anything was just letting them know. Well the manger never felt the need to come by and say anything. Clearly they do not care about their customers or food anymore. Very sad. We won’t be back.

I had the Grilled Cheese with Brisket. It was DELISH!! The appetizer was good. The queso seemed really orange but tasted good. The salsa was definitely different. You have to taste it for yourself. I did like it, ? though.Definitely will revisit. The atmosphere was great!

Overall, the place was pretty nice. The food was really good and their portion size is really big. The only thing there was, was that the waiter we received wasn’t the best. He didn’t really explain what was on the menu, and he kind of had an attitude. But the food was really good and I enjoyed it

The staff was very professional and prompt , I recommend Kelly's to anyone who visits Allen TX.
My friend made reservations for her hubby’s bday. She called ahead and they told her they had an Easter brunch Buffett out today but that they could accommodate vegetarians. The Buffett had some Mac n cheese and burned pancakes which we could have eaten but wasn’t worth the Buffett price. We were told the kitchen could not make us anything. I asked if we could at least get some chips and queso since we’re ordering cocktails and drinking in an empty stomach. (Which they had in the buffet)They said no. We would have to pay the Buffett price. They offered to make a veggie burger but only ONE burger…we had 6 vegetarians. Manager was rude and she would not accommodate us at all! Not the best way to celebrate a bday.
