Terrible check out lanes and staff is not friendly when you are trying to find items. The flower department selection is the only reason to keep coming back.

I placed an order on line and received moldy strawberries and they put alcohol and hydrogen peroxide spay bottles in with food and aspirins. The two bottles leaked all over the box of macaroni and aspirins. I have been so disappointed with service and the quality of food. When I went back to return everything the chubby grey haired lady at the front was rude as can be. Looking forward to shopping at the new H‑E‑B!!!!

I enjoy shopping at Kroger. They produce is typically fresh especially at this location. I love that they offer coupons because saving is a must in this economy! Tip: Kroger is less busy at lunch. I was specifically looking for cod or catfish and the seafood representative as kind and got me in & out. I highly recommend visiting this location!!

I really don't know why this Kroger location has gone downhill so badly on the past year. I never find more than one person working in the deli meat area, even when 2-3 people are waiting. The organic produce looks old/withered. They seem to have more out of stock items than other Kroger stores. I'm done shopping here. The other Krogers in Allen are better.

I'm a regular customer here, and I just recently started doing instacart to pull in some extra cash, yesterday while I was looking for a very specific item (instacart is super specific and some things can't substitute another thing), I asked the person stocking produce for help, I was met with the dirtiest look I've ever gotten and this man yelled at me and said "this is the exact same thing". I don't understand exactly what I did to deserve that, but I went on with my day and thanked him instead of reporting him to the manager like I should've, I get it some people hate their job, but don't take it out on the customer. The produce quality was good, but after that encounter the ambiance felt a little weird, thankfully there's more employees than just him.

My wife usually only shops at Kroger, but all of the Kroger's in North Texas seem to be out of Rockstar sugar free energy drinks even when on sale all the time. I hope HEB will carry it, because we might have to switch our business to them. Kroger has been doing this for 10 years in North Texas, so I don't see that changing anytime soon. I was in the retail grocery business for 35 years as a DM or Zone Manager and just don't understand Kroger not wanting all the business they can get.

I've been disappointed with Kroger's produce and pick up orders lately. They're not very reliable, and this produce was especially bad. I'm really surprised that produce manager thought it was OK to leave it out to sell to customers, and that an employee who was helping with the pick up also thought this was OK. It would have been better off, leaving it out of my order completely rather than putting it in our order, and then making us have to return to the store to get a refund.

Always liked this Krogers but their grocery pick up needs help. Twice my orders were not all packed in the car. Once I had to go back (70 mins trip) and once the Mgr did bring me the items not packed for me. I hate their bags - Brookshire's has much better packaging plus friendly workers. Today we waited 40 minutes for the groceries. Lots of tings out of stock. And they forgot the water! Not going to call for 2.99 because they will make it a major issue! I'm sticking to Brookshire's from now on.

Kroger - 1210 N Greenville Ave, Allen, TX This Kroger has the worst customer service, with really poor management. Several times we saw items on sale. with posted signs showing the sale price... but then at check-out it rings up full price. It has happened several times. This last time, the Customer Service desk was closed, and no one else was able to issue a refund. Came back the next day, and the lady said she wasn't authorized to make a refund, I'd have to come back later when the manager was there. Really ? I'm not going to make a third trip to the store just for a few dollars. This is the reason my wife always goes to Marker Street.

I used to spend several hundred dollars a week at this Kroger. Poor service and final straw for me was an items wasn't priced so the cashier set it aside. When he finished ring everything up he asked if I knew the price. I didn't know for sure I said so he put it under the counter. I told him I wanted the item but he said if you don't know the price, an open end question? Seriously, you're stumped with this little problem. You can't call someone or walk over there. So I decided to let it go and will shop down the road from now on.

All the staff and Customer service members are friendly and helpful. Staff is always looking to help me find something.. or they ask me if I need help finding something. In the retail industry today it's very hard to find good quality of employees who acknowledge you, Pleasant to speak with & helpful. Which I appreciate. They have real Common courtesy & this goes a long way with me. Store is always clean. This is a really good location and is easy to find.

Service horrible here. Been in line 25 minutes on Monday morning. 2 registers open. One register also answers the phone. No idea where management is hiding. Call to home office is 15 minute wait. Seriously Kroger. Your few front line people are overwhelmed, overworked and exhausted. Shame on you. Do your job!

The people at this store were not helpful today. I left a 10.00 box of dog food at the self check early this morning. I realized it about three hours later and with receipt in hand went back to retrieve it. I was told it wasn't turned in and they couldn't help me!!! I realize it was my fault I left it, but my guess is the guy working the self check had already restocked it. Walmart would have said, go get it and have a great day!!! I will drive the few miles more to Walmart from now on.
