First time here, and love their food. Only suggestion I would make is to make sure your staff bring out the espresso first before the actual food comes out. It took them literally 10 mins to bring my coffee smh.

Excellent place , clean , good and extended menu but this time the crew wasn't doing a good service, the took my order wrong , I asked for a iced chai , they made a iced plain late , and to to fried the regular coffee was old and cold , they replaced the regular coffee for a americano , and they replaced mine too.

Love la Madeleine! The tomato and cream of mushroom soups or the Caesar salad are always great to start. Whether you are having crepes, quiche, a sandwich or a savory pastry, the food is always terrific and always spot on. For dessert they have multiple pastries, Sacher Torte, coconut cream cake but my favorite... is the strawberries Romanov!!! This is one of the older stores and still has the really cool decor of the old world French bistro. The newer stores... like a cafeteria.... not so good...

Hadn't been in a long time. Went today to have breakfast and redeem my birthday reward. Ordering was easy (that was a problem in the past), food was wonderful, and sat by the beautiful fireplace. We'll go back!

We order bowl of soup, bread and drinks it was terrible . Well the creamy mushrooms out was OK but the French onion was too salty ,and hardly any cheese. Also we received cold sliced bread not warm bread. It was cold in building only warm room was fireplace room,crowded and dirty. The young server was sweet but seemed to be only one really working. Overall disappointed

Good afternoonmeToLa Madeleine RewardsJan 14 at 2:17 PM.I am really confused about my purchase historyOn January 10, 2024, I did not make two 5.18 purchases.I was charged 5.18 once and my 15 credit of La Creme didn't go through and Jake charged it again and did something on my app to make it go through and you ended up charging me twice which makes me not want to come back.So, out of 15 credit, there has been one charge of 7.69 and one charge of 1.18 I don't recall on 1/10 and twice 5.18 which was Jake's mistake.And I have never gotten my free January bakery item.Altogether the La Creme status has been a pain.And now, you are showing I owe you 5.99 that don't owe you at all.It has been very disappointing.Behnaz Safavi

Every time we have ordered from here, they have gotten our order wrong. But they have been super nice and fixed it. This time we ordered pesto without chicken. When we picked it up, it had chicken in it. We had to call and they asked us to come back and pick up another order without chicken.

Most pathetic sandwiches I’ve ever received from a takeout place. There was hardly any ingredients or meat, but two large pieces of bread. This while they’ve increased prices. You can find so many better places to spend your money. I will not be going
