I ordered from Marco's Pizza all the time and I think they have amazing pizza and I love it. Today I tried a pizzoli and it was extremely greasy and I ordered buffalo chicken and it was full of bacon and now we're on the menu did it say bacon so it was really hard for me to eat since I don't eat bacon! I think they need to be really clear if it automatically comes with bacon because I didn't see that anywhere and the greasiness was way too much!

I came here to get a calzone. However, the employee at the register was so rude and unfriendly that I walked back out again and took my business elsewhere. It's too bad, because I would have liked to haven given it a try & give an honest review of the food. I certainly hope that nobody else has to encounter this person. Sorry but I can tell a lackluster employee when I see one. Drove all the way to Plano for a calzone & better service instead.

The Marcos Pizza on Main Street in Allen Texas is absolutely terrible. They mess up our orders over and over and over again. We have been sooooo patient with them because they are my daughter's favorite, but they remain TERRIBLE at their jobs. They never give us the pizza sauces we order. They manage to mess up a cheese pizza more often than not. And half the time pizzas arrive smashed in the boxes. Their staff are rude and disinterested and their "managers" are incapable of fixing anything, or of even showing concern for the very poor quality of their product and service. The delivery person we suffered through tonight was particularly surly, took no accountability, and stormed off. I hope he enjoys the nice tip I left for him in advance, like I do every time - despite their terrible service. They have no pride in their work and it shows. Our patience is at an end... Order your food anywhere else.

This used to be our favorite pizza. We have bought from them for several years. However something has changed in the last couple months. We usually order a supreme and the quantity and quality of ingredients used to be great. The last 3 times our pizzas were not up to par. There were not many ingredients and the ones there were all dumped in center of pizza, were not spread over pizza and tasted poor. My wife ended up throwing her pizza in the trash and gave me instructions not to buy from marcos again.

We purchased a delivery for Saturday 12/09 in the evening. The delivery was 45 min late and the food was cold. I called a couple of times however the phone had a lot of static and kept cutting out so I drove up there. The manger on duty was very nice but he was not able to help me since only the General Manager is allowed to do refunds. I left a message for the GM to call me. HE has not. I called back yesterday and left another message and still no call. I called again tonight and the manager on duty was very nice but there is nothing he can do for me. At this point I am done. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. It is nice to know I do not matter as a customer. Don''t waste your money. When you do not get a response they ask you to private message them. TOO Late; first off I do not want to message you when I have already taken the time and I also do not feel like wasting any more of my time

Ordered pizza and 3 ltr soda through GrubHub. Did not receive soda and pizza was cold and dry. Called Marcos about 2ltr soda and they said call or text grub hub driver. Texted grub hub driver but no response. This is the third time Marcos Grub Hub order has been messed up. Strike three, Marcos, you're out.
I have had Marcos before at other locations and prefer it but if this was my first time would never get again. Was horrible and over priced for the bad

I placed an order around 1 pm on Sunday 10/22 - the website said it would be delivered by 1:30 pm. I had no commuincation and the pizza arrived around 2:15 pm. The driver apologized for the wait, the best part of the entire experience was all the food was ice cold! My order was over $70 and had a 15% tip thanks for my cold meal for my family!

Ordered a pizza for delivery on 23 Sep. Paid by credit card. Guess they forgot to make the pizza. Called them and they said they would refund the undelivered pizza charge. Now 30 Sep and they must have forgotten to refund the charge like they forgot to make the pizza. This was our go-to place for pizza, whatever they have done they should undo it because this place is horrible now. Sad. Will not use them again.
