The food and atmosphere scores are what I would give any clean, well run McDonald's. The one on Stacy Rd in Allen, TX is clean and serves good McDonald's food. The young lady that helped me was super friendly and pleasant and is reflected in the service score.

Never drank coffee before seen iced macchiato with whip cream looked good on photo then this what I receive where is the whip cream with caramel drip on it? I’m not going to go back in line or say anything just not going to order it again.

Love this restaurant!!! Went to what burger and sat in line for 20mins and never moved. Then proceeded to head to McDonald’s and it took less than 5mins. BEST. DAY. EVERRRR!!!!

They have a very hard time getting your order right. We got chicken nuggets and fries with ranch sauce... they forgot the ranch. Luckily we asked for extra and they gave us 3... for a 20 piece meal.

This location USED TO be great.There’s a middle age/elderly lady that works here and she WILL NOT take your orders with customizations. She will be like “well I’ll just throw ketchup cuz I’m not telling them to make you a side of Mac sauce.” And I have NEVER had a problem getting a side of Mac sauce from any location before. It’s like she’s trying to be nice in the MOST condescending “bless your heart” type of way. Everything had a condescending tone back. So I just went to the other McDonald’s down the street and guess what! They made the order the way I asked with NO ISSUES!
“What else”…..”what else”…..”what else” was the responses after ordering in the drive through. Maybe they need to take notes from their neighbors at chic-fil-a in customer service. Left the drive though and headed to chic-fil-a with the family and spent my hard earned money with WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don’t even like chicken sandwiches but I will definitely eat what Chick-Fil-a is cooking up with that awesome customer service. Good job chic-fil-a. McDonald’s ?
