This place had an error in their own website and they did not honor the mistake. They also don’t offer forks for your little desert. Could yall get it together please. Y’all increased the prices and can’t afford some decency.

I loooove Nothing Bundt Cakes! However, I have ordered the Chocolate Chocolate Chip bundtlet twice from this location and both times there were NO chocolate chips in the cake??? How is it going to be called a Chocolate Chocolate Chip cake and doesn’t have chocolate chips? I also ordered a Red Velvet bundtlet and it only had one chocolate chip in it. I addressed the issue with manager Casandra the first time and she was nice enough to replace the bundtlet. The second time it happened, no one wanted to respond to me. It’s not my fault that someone is not putting chocolate chips in the cake. Maybe I should just go to another location from now on. The pic of the cake looks messed up bc I took my fork and tried to find chocolate chips, NOTHING!

These cakes are delicious, everyone knows that. I've been enjoying them for years at work but never been inside one of their retail places.It was very small but the cakes are displayed in the counter and labeled for easy ordering. I can see where it can get pretty tight in there very quickly.I tried a new flavor (to me) the lemon raspberry bundlet for $5.25.I'll admit I was disappointed there was nowhere to sit & enjoy my tiny cakes right then, as my sister & I had just had lunch and weren't ready to part ways yest. She asked for a fork and they don't offer that. What if we were taking it on a picnic? I think their profit margin allows for penny forks.They sell many products besides cakes (more profit margin), so it's a great place to hop in for a last-minute birthday gift.I regrettably didn't get a photo before it...was...gone HA

It is my daughter's 3rd birthday today. She was sick so we had to cancel our party and cake order. But I still wanted to buy her a small cake and put a candle on it. I walked into Nothing Bundt Cakes for the first time. The staff was so friendly and introduced all the flavors to me. After I told her what happened, she even offered something extra for me and wish my daughter to feel better soon. It's the small gesture that matters. I was touched esp on a hard day like this. The cake was so yummy and my daughter loved it. I wished I have found this place sooner! Thank you again for making her birthday special!

This location has very rude employees! Paid order for a kids bday sitting on counter and as I walk up the lady locks the door! I knock and she rolls her eyes, I showed my paid order receipt and she throws her arms in the air shaking her head. Very rude and unprofessional when it's still 5 min til 6pm. They need to be trained and the 4 cakes I paid for I will not be getting from them!!! I will get a refund.

I ordered an 8 inch decorated cake. They wouldn’t fix a decor mistake because I stepped one foot out of the store. I was not even to the parking lot and they said they wouldn’t fix it. I won’t be using the Allen location again and neither will my family.

I got bundtinis for my son's B-day. They are VERY small, even for 10 year olds. The taste was not anything better than the grocery store cupcakes, but the $35 price tag for a dozen, was MUCH too high for how much actual cake we got. Will not go back!
I was delighted to find this unique collection of Bundt cakes in all sizes and flavors, for every taste and occasion. It was not far at all from home in Princeton and my order was ready before I got there! Delicious, reasonable and my daughter was surprised and loved the 2 flavors of bundtinis she got, 6 of each. Their candles are the cutest! I kept ours and can reuse!

Beware "the luck of the draw!" We have loved these bundt cakes and I bought several to take to my mom on Saturday. Only 1 of our favorite flavors remained in the case so some were brought out from the back room.When I got home, the bag was soggy and fell apart when I picked it up. Water came out of the individual containers! The cakes were soggy and unusable.I returned to the store for a refund and most importantly to alert them to the issue; I was just certain they would want to understand this quality issue in person and see the evidence in order to correct it.The woman who was brought in to talk with me said, "It happens. We bake them in the morning and freeze some. It's the luck of the draw."She was clearly not interested in the issue. I think I'll avoid relying on that luck of the draw for a while and take business elsewhere. Sad, because we always loved this shop.

Leaving a negative review based on an Uber, or an ordering inpossibility .. that the company just doesn't do --> SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED. 3rd party, and imagination world has zero to do with GREAT CAKES. I'm here to order another birthday cake for my kids, and just can't believe the one star review reasonings. Get a life !!! 5 stars every time here, 10 years or orders.

Ordered 2 sets of the small Bundt cakes to be picked up by uber at the nothing Bundt cakes in Allen Tx. upon arrival I only got 1 set called the restaurant and explained the issue first he asked me how much I paid then went and checked on my order. He explained it was an error through uber and would make it right. I told him I could not pick it up but I would place an identical order (just to make to worth another uber tip) and he could just put the missing box with it. when this order arrived I got the 2nd order that I had placed but still missing part of the first order. I called back and after talking to a female who said she just came in she connected me to the associate I talked to earlier and he advised per his manager that he could no assist me with this issue. I did not get my cakes and did not get a refund or an apology. This is the worst nothing Bundt cakes I have ever bought from and will be taking my corporate business to the one in McKinney Tx
