I got the $13.49 build your own. Pasta was good, I got the crispy chicken and the angel hair. Chicken was okay. The salad was very good. It was good value for your dollar. All of it was good. None of it was super fantastic that I would remember a month from now.

As Italians, an "Italian-American" had to be tried! Our American relatives brought us here and I must say that although I was surprised by the menu (which is definitely not Italian) the dishes are very different, but very good! "Lasagne" very similar to Italian "parmigiana", spaghetti with meatballs not bad!! I would say that the soups are very far from Italy, but even the good ones! Salmon and broccoli definitely good even if American haha. We had a lot of fun and had a great time, I recommend giving it a try! (Keeping in mind not to expect our dishes!)

Food felt like it was warmed up in a microwave. Fries in kids meal felt like it was a leftover. Also, employees tried to slip in a Chocolate cake in the order. If we didn’t Check the receipt we would’ve paid for it. Unfortunately we used to love Olive Garden but after this experience I don’t think we’ll go back for a long time.

You can tell that the staff also eat from the menu, and report back if something is off.The Vilage at Allen, 190 E Stacy Rd, 75002.Many other resturants, don't eat their own food, and you can tell why.But Olive Garden probably gives staff a steep discount, so they eat there between shifts, and so the food is very good.Management will also stop by your table, and ask how things are going.They are actively involved with customers, makes a difference.The only things I would change are the restroom music, and the payment system, with touch screen keyboard. Discourages guests from leaving comments, feedback.Payment is easy though, but I worry about the security of those devices.Who updates the firmware?How often.Thanks,Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, all on one level, from the parking lot, with large double doors.
