The bartender was rude and didn't make our drinks right. I would not recommend my dog to go here.smh.she worked last Sunday March 3 ,2024, about 7 pm I can't remember her name but she is not a good asset to this business. Horrible

The restaurant was dirty. The tables had food bits everywhere. Nobody was cleaning much. The person who served us was the one cleaning. I need a refund for your stupid food and horrible cleanliness. Absolutely disgusting restaurant!! Do not goo.

For the second time in recent months I have arrived at a very slow restaurant, only to stand at the front for a prolonged period of time without anyone even attempting to acknowledge I was waiting for a table before leaving. Most recently today, at peak lunch hour, the place was dead compared the lengthy wait times at another well known Tex-Mex place just down the highway a few exits, I wonder why.

This was the first time I ordered takeout from this place. The tacos and burritos are worth the hype. It was super filling and tasty. Although the nachos were not as good as expected. The service was prompt.
If zero was an option I would be. Me and my dad waiting literally 20 mins >:(Worst part is it was my dad’s first time so wanted to take him somewhere niceMaybe another location would be better but this one. NO!!!!4 waitersAnd NOTHINGno drinksNo chips and salsaWe even told one of the employees we were ready and they said ok and just went to the back on her phone

This is for management and corporate…I came to town to visit my daughter, this was the only franchise Mexican restaurant without an hour wait time…Immediately upon entering I noticed the families in the middle section, which was rather full, sure enough our host puts us in that section at a small table. I requested a booth since there were over 10 available. I was told he would have to ask. My daughter did not want to cause a hassle so we just sat at the table.At this point it was uncomfortable and obvious the staff was putting people with kids in the middle section. They were not in the other sections, which was actively being seated.We spent over a $100 worth in food, I was not able to enjoy it or finish it all because we were cramped at this table.I’ve been in management, I’ve been a server and my dad was a corporate district manager for a national restaurant chain , what is happening at this location is unacceptable and maybe one of the reasons they don’t have a large wait time on the weekends.

We visited mid-afternoon and the waiter did a great job, and the food was great! We plan on visiting on Tuesday afternoon again!
Food was good then we order, trice lecha cake which was in the display booklet but there was no price mentioned. We were 2 couples, one cake slice had chopped strawberries and other one had 1 strawberry cut in 2 pieces very unprofessionally displayed. When we got the bill that small pastries were $9.50 each. If they want to charge that much money for Small pieces they should display pretty and tast better too. ?

Arrived at 2 pm and placed our orders shortly after arriving. We were in route to a funeral and had a limit amount of time to eat lunch. I had noticed that several tables that had been seated after we had placed our orders had both ordered and received their meals. At 2:40 pm a young server came and asked if we would like some more chips and salsa. I asked him to check on our orders. A few minutes later the server came back with chips and salsa. He informed us that our food would be out soon. I asked to have togo boxes and the bill so we could make it to the funeral. A young lady came out with the bill, but became very hateful when I inquired about our order. She claimed that they had server issues and basically said it was our problem. The young man who must have been new took our credit card and gave it to someone who was a manager. The so called manager came back to our table with my credit card and the bill and said as he was walking away sorry for the delay. My wife and I have enjoyed eating at On The Border locations across Texas for over 20 years. Today was the absolute worst service we have ever received at an On The Border. . The food was great. To bad we were not allowed time to enjoy the meal at the restaurant. We had to wait several hours before we had a chance to enjoy our food. I don’t blame the servers, the issue with this location is poor management. During the time we were waiting for our orders, we kept watching a young child coming and going in the kitchen area.
