I've ordered from this location three times and have had an issue each time. The delivery driver delivered to the wrong address and the manager was rude and combative when we called to request a resolution.The next oder the driver forgot our drink. We called to request either the item or a refund. The store rep argumentative and insinuated dishonesty on our part.Tonight's order arrived on time with everything accounted for, however, I felt something on my lip while eating, then pulled out an extremely long hair that was cooked into the crust. There was literally a hunk of pizza hanging from the hair.I didn't bother requesting a refund or any other reparations. I know things can happen but this was the third strike and I'm simply done with this location.

Zero stars. Waited an hour and a half for my delivery. India call center transfered me to the local store. The phone rang for 18 minutes. Never got my food, but they took my money. So pissed off and hungry. Will never call again. This is me, angry and starving.

I had the worst customer service with a manager I believe her name was sethaly she was extremely rude and happened to feel the need to throw a comment to me and my husband's saying about one of my kids being without shoes and also seemed to be in a bad mood she also kept complaining about having to do 2 transactions for us customers one on card and one in cash and made a comment saying this is so frustrating if she didn’t like her job there and was constantly gonna be in a bad mood than maybe she shouldn’t have gotten a job at a popular food place where people order a lot from. Me and my husband will never be going back to that place if she will still be working there I’m not the only one who dealt with that there were other people before me she was rude to as well it’s very unprofessional and not ok to talk to your customer in such a way and feeling the need to comment on people’s children so not ok.

Buffalo chicken pizza had barely any chicken pieces and it was a complete rip off. I paid more than $17 for it but got nothing basically. Totally disappointed with Pizza Hut.
Highly dissatisfied with my order!!!!!Received ALL my food burned!!! Do not recommend the pizza from this place shows they don’t care about customer satisfaction…………

Delayed in reviewing. A couple months ago I placed an order. My address auto corrected to a different street name and I did not realize. Got a call from the driver requesting my correct address. I provided him my address via text at his request. Was told he would arrive soon (the autocorrected location was 2 minutes drive away). The driver never showed up and proceeded to ignore all my texts. Tried to call the store only to find out they had closed early. Took multiple tries calling to get ahold of the manager to request a refund since I did not get my order. He told me he “changed my address and the order disappeared”. Told me to call different locations to find my order to get a refund. Every other location said changing the address wouldn’t lose my order or change which store it would be at, especially days after the order was placed. This manager refused to refund for my missing order and claimed it was gone from the system. Probably deleted them to avoid refunding me. Have not ordered from them since.
