I attempted to order a pizza using the online application. The app was not working and the store decided not to honor the app deal, because they did not want to take a loss. This is the direction they received from the owner Jennifer. I asked the staff Jennifer's last name and they stated they did not know her last name. So Jennifer "no-last-name" we will no longer patronize your establishment. We will share this with others as well. Damon Gonzalez was very rude and stated we should just keep trying to use the app until it works again. He continued to say we are not going to honor the app offer. Terrible, terrible customer service. We also reported this to the Pizza Hut corporate customer service. Jennifer "no-last-name" we would order pizza from your store every Friday. I hope it was worth it to lose a loyal customer.

Pizza was late by 20min, Pizza Hut also outsources delivery drivers (door dash)? Pizza tasted plain and low on cheese and way over on sauce. A frozen pizza would be WAY better haha. Would not recommend.

Loved the $7 deals! Money is a little tight right now, but the kids still want pizza. And it was hot, fresh and delicious! Also, delivered to the car with a smile and placed in the back seat with care! Very helpful when you're not feeling well... but the kids still want pizza! Thanks so much! Great deal and great pizza!
Ordered back in June. Order was completely messed up. They rendered a credit for future use. I’ve tried twice to place an order to use the credit. Everytime we call it routes us to an answering service who tells us we need to connect to the store to apply the credit. However, after the transfer the store NEVER answers and puts us back through the line. I’m over it. Why issue a credit and I can’t connect to the store. Will contact the BBB, area manager and consumer agencies. Very deceitful.

I'm not sure why Pizza Hut has gotten any bad reviews. We frequently order from the location on Campbell Road in Richardson, Texas 75080 and always get exactly what we order in a timely manner with friendly service. Definitely recommend!

This is a full on complaint against the corporate ordering process. If you go through the website you are redirected to Door Dash and will pay their upgraded fees for delivery. I tried for over 30 minutes to get through to the store directly and I kept getting redirected to their main ordering number which seems like your typical call center in the middle of another country. I will not order online and pay the higher price. I ordered two orders of wings both bone in and boneless and a medium specialty pizza and through Pizza Hut it was $44 before the massive door dash fees, the same order was $28 from Dominos. So while PH definitely has better wings, we will never order from PH again. Hope the crappy website was worth it losing customers

Love Pizza Hut but the pizza coming out of this location is terrible. Other reviewers have posted similar pizzas that show an odd lack of cheese and sauce, especially the outer quarter of the pizza.Will check out the other Pizza Hut location near us while they sort out whatever is going on here.

For 17 years I have been buying pizzas from this place and everything was as expected…. Today’s pizza (Stuffed Crust cheese only) was not good at all… was missing cheese (not on the edge) and it was toasted … I will think twice before I buy from again…
