Service was friendly, but the food was not good. The pork belly buns arrived with wilted lettuce and really thin strips of pork belly. The Shoyu Ramen I thought was low quality. They have a self serve napkin dispenser on tables, but the napkins are ridiculously micro-thin and tiny which made clean up frustrating. I have a lot of empathy for restaurants trying to cut back on costs, but these napkins are just ridiculously cheap and unusable.

Sat by the entrance waiting for someone to come and offer me a sit and I was not approached nor helped. As soon as another family walked through the door they were greeted and sat. I felt discriminated by this action and I will not be returning.

Always a great option for Japanese food. The Ramen broths are made similar to how they done in Japan, and taste just as good as if living there. The other food options are also great with Okonomiyaki being a favorite of mine. Another good choice outside of Ramen is the Tonkatsu Curry Rice.
The food was delicious and the options were plentiful, the only reason I took off a star is that they do not have fountain/refillable soft drinks, but with food as flavorful as ramen I think refreshing/refillable drinks are essential to the overall dining experience.

Go to the one in Frisco! Broth will be more flavorful. The Ramen was very bland.

Good place but too pricey for me. $15 for an appetizer. 13.50 for a bowl of ramen. 7.50 for a beer.
