I go to salad and Go a lot. Multiple states, but this one is gross. I am bald and there was a 4 inch hair in my traditional breakfast wrap. I was eating in the parking lot when I found it. Went back up to the window to show the girl working there, and all she could say was ewww.Where are the hair nets?

My first and last visit. Ordered the steak wrap. I had no idea meat would be cold. Who likes cold steak? Hardly any meat at all on Wrap and zero flavor. Disappointing.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while after great reviews from others in the area. It did not disappoint! I grabbed a Caesar Salad with Chicken for myself and a chicken soup for someone else (I didn't hear their review). The salad was fresh and priced fairly. I was pleasantly surprised there was enough dressing because I prefer a lot ;) There is an opportunity to add an extra protein for a small fee. A co-worker saw my salad and said, "Hey - where did you get that?!"At this location, I love that there are two separate drive-thru lanes. One is for mobile orders, and the other is for on-demand orders.I look forward to trying out other salads, wraps, soups, and even breakfast!

Was in town for the weekend and staying with my girlfriend. We were just driving in from Austin and wanted something cheap, healthy and good. She recommended salad and go and I am glad she did. Service was great, people were extremely nice even directing us to the drive through kindly after pulling into the mobile order line. The food came out in less than a minute, SO FAST!!! They are kidding about salad and go, you get your salad and you are out of there. As for food the bowls they provide are fantastic and designed well for shaking and mixing the salad. Due to the buffalo sauce my dressing packet was a little hard to open but besides that everything else impressed me. Food was high quality and ingredients tasted fresh. That was my main worry but luckily I was pleased with how everything tasted. A did order extra chicken which made it pretty hearty but I was quite satisfied after eating the whole thing. Dressing was very good once shaken and mixed with everything and overall each bite was flavorful and crunchy. Some highlights for me were the croutons and banana peppers as well as the chicken. Overall, I give this place 5 stars because I received a very good salad for around 9 bucks almost instantly through a drive through. As far as salads go and fast food, what more can you ask for? Salad and go figured out the process and I look forward to going back.

Look. I love their breakfast. It’s flavorful and always delicious, however, it’s not always hot or even warm! I work 3 mins down the road and 50% of the time have to microwave my burritos or bowls when I get to work because they are cold! The inconsistency here makes me no longer want to stop in the mornings! Honestly, they would be 5-stars if the hot breakfast items weren’t sent out cold!

AMAZING food and quick delivery through drive thru! I expected to wait because it’s a salad place and it can take some time to build a salad but they gave me my order quickly! I will definitely be ordering from there again soon!

I really enjoy the food here, unfortunately, the new staff they have working in there make it difficult to keep coming back. The guy at the window today literally didn’t say a single word to me, just took my card, and handed me the food. No “hello” “how are you?” Or “have a good one”. This happed twice with the same young kid. He’s a black guy with little dreads. That kind of rude behavior is forcing me to take my business elsewhere.
The BBQ Ranch was delish. Quick and friendly service. Fantastic prices. I can’t wait to try the Autumn salad next!

I thought it was just me.......but it appears that portions are an issue at this location. I have reached out to corporate twice and have been told that portions are all uniform. Well, they are not. No issues with portions at the Coit Rd location or the Stacy Road location. I have been eating S&G ever since they opened in Plano in 2021 and I'm a huge fan but I will be skipping Custer/McDermott. And the Salsa is always puffy, it has even exploded in my fridge. I hope they get this location sorted out. I will happily pay more but I feel like I shouldn't have to.
