I don't know about all the other smoothie king regulars but I am getting really tired of seeing one employee run around doing everything. The area this establishment is in is way too high traffic not to have a minimum of two employees working at all times. Cmon SK get it together and provide your employees a proper team.

I absolutely love Smoothie King's smoothies, but the customer service here is piss poor. When I walked in, no one was around so after waiting a moment, some kid walked from the back and started fiddling with the register. Instead of addressing me or letting me know he was ready, he just fiddled silently.I had to ask him if he's good and even then, he was very standoffish and cold. A guy with his kid walked in shortly after, and for some reason, they made his 2 smoothies before making mine. It wasn't until another employee emerged from the back that my smoothie was made. I don't know if the first guy didn't know how or didn't want to make my drink, so that was weird.Also, if you like when they fill the cup to the rim, don't go here because they'll leave a large gap instead of shaking the rest out of the blender and into your cup.

I've got to say that even though I have my own smoothie blender at home, this is the best. Lane is just the greatest! He knows the menu perfectly, the smoothies taste amazing, and he's just a refreshing person and a great place to visit.

There was one lady working at 945am today on Monday, and I came in to order two drinks... in that short time, other people came in and the phone rang and she stopped working on making my drinks and dealt with them. Either they were staffed inappropriately or she had her priorities wrong and needs to be retrained or needs assistance with multitasking. Will not be returning. The place smelled clean but the trays were dirty and not taken care of. See photo attached.
