The people who work here have a horrible F-U attitude. I couldn't even understand what the clown was saying thru the speaker, it sounded like he was taking downers and about to end it all. Met at the pickup window, mean-mugging like I had just ran over his dog or something.

With the variety of smoothies there's something for everyone! My personal favorite is the Island Impact. Not gonna lie, the prices have increased a lot over time, so a once a while treat will do. Great quick service. Join the rewards program!

Always a pleasure coming here in the morning! Quinton is so enthusiastic and pleasant and energetic! This location just has good energy! I stop here every morning on my way to work. Some days I do drive thru, others I go into the establishment! Every day my order is filled promptly and with a smile and great conversation! The employees here are top notch and always helpful! I look forward to my protein smoothies every day! Thank you so much!

I’ve came here twice already in the past month and it was a must to make another review! The manager named Bryce made sure I had an experience that was over the top!! He was very welcoming as well as the other man working with him named Matthew whom was a very nice and cooperative employee! I love this smoothie king!

Oops,I know extreme but, stay with me and I'll explain! I don't even know where to start but, I have to get this out. It's just too funny in the end really. Facts of the story. Poor management, no training, unmotivated employees, really I could go on but...Im going to let the pictures speak for themselves then you will understand after I describe the situation. I will not return to this location and you should think twice.Let me start by saying I used to be young with a first or second job. I'm sure at the time, I didn't want to be there. Training...probably not back in the day. Seat of your pants was the order of the day coupled with common sense all of which seemed in short supply here today. I have had daughters, grandkids, and numerous family members that have had early jobs and I hope they performed better than this lackluster effort.First, let's start with something they can't control. The prices. I ordered a small bowl and a small drink and the total was $20. Give me a break. I wouldn't return just based on that. It would in fact have to be earth-shattering for me to become a customer. I just didn't find the products to be satisfying in the least.I stepped into the store which is clean bright and modern well laid out was the menu board ,even though never having been inside, I quickly made my choice.My order was a small strawberry Metabolism Boost drink and a PB Delight bowl. I took a seat and watched order after order of drink blended and delivered thru the drive-thru window or walk inside that had ordered on the app. I'd like to insert here that, I'm not a fan of making your in-person customer wait on the app orderer.After a 10 min minute wait he finally delivered my beverage to the front counter. I picked up and sat back down thinking he was now working on my bowl order. Wrong! As I watched the two continue to blend and serve drinks I realize he had forgotten my bowl. So I approached the counter and ask him," Did you forget my Bowl order"? To which, not kidding, he replied," huh"!I repeated myself to which he nodded over his shoulder to the girl with her back to us," She makes the bowls". This of course required me to look him directly in the eye asking, Can you make my order? She hadn't heard the exchange. He said yea.Another 10 minutes passed and finally, she held up my bowl at the counter, which I retrieved. I know this has become a rant. But,hey my first ever. Stay with me.I sat down, removed the lid but, noticed it was extremely cold. As I pressed the spoon into the mixture, bam, hard as a rock! It was frozen solid...I couldn't believe it. I took it up to the counter, held it up and said is this supposed to be frozen? She solemnly responded, we freeze those ahead of time so they're ready. She then returned to work...? At this point I'm not believing it...make eye contact with the guy and say I can't eat this can you make me something else from the menu. To which he replied, no I can make you a fresh one of those.If you're confused at this point join the club. He then started to take the frozen bowl and I ask him what he's gonna do with it. He says, toss it. I say, no that sounds wasteful. I'll keep it. He says ok. I sit down and finish my Metabolic drink...waiting.I see him working on thawing out my bowl ingredients...wow...I'm laughing inside at this point thinking the world truly has gone mad. Finally, he delivers my bowl to the counter,I pick up, and sit down.Removing the lid from my " fresh" bowl,I dig in and take a bite. Still too cold to eat.. seriously.Plus, now I know why she makes the bowls. Refer to my photos. We have all had to go to work at jobs, pay our dues, learn skills, develop, and become better. Better workers, humans, and citizens.
