The service and the food is the best so far out of all the McKinney and Frisco locations , I think that Luke, Emma,Sesley and Tawnie deserves raises because of the whole experience if corporate see this review please take care of your employees.

The complaint I have is on the sweet tea..... it either has a weird taste or it taste like straight water the 3 times i have stopped at this location. This is the third time I ordered sweet tea and it was extremely gross. Also quick question because it's tea do yall only put a little bit of ice in it? .... another 4 bucks down the drain...

They actually listen to you when you are ordering, no having to repeat myself a hundred times - AND bonus, the order is always correct! Leave these guys a tip, they deserve it!

We just got cheeseburger combos and a kids meal and it was so bad, we fed it to the birds at the park. The taste of the meat was awful. If they have changed the meat mixture or vendor where they get their meat, they have made a huge mistake.We returned and advised them and they refunded our money. We told them that they should cease serving until theyget the meat checked. Don't want anyone to get sick.

I’ve gone here more times than I can count (due to living nearby), and everytime it’s always been great. Service is always fast I haven’t waited over 5 minutes for any order large or small here, along with never gotten any orders wrong or mixed up through the app! Amazing location, whoever’s handling things for this store knows their stuff. My carhop today, Ethan had a fantastic attitude seemed beyond happy to be doin his stuff.

Whoever gave my husband my drink last night and claimed that ya’ll were too busy to give me my drink when the person next to us got his two drink way before we did and he got there 10 minutes after us. You guys need to get that girl in check. Disgusting Behavior and I won’t be back, and I will for sure be calling the manger of this place.Throwing a drink at us is very unacceptable and not even saying have a nice evening or anything.This place is a complete joke!!!!

I try this location every once in a while, hoping that maybe new staff will eventually make a difference. But again today, (8/13/23) I received an inedible coney hotdog. The bread was either very very stale, or had been microwaved way too long. The hotdog was rubbery, and it was put in the container sideways so the chili and cheese had spilled and stick to the container.There's so many things wrong, I truly don't see how it can't just be apathy or indifference. It truly is horrible, and I highly recommend you just avoid it, and hopefully one day some other fast food place will move in when they close.
