My wife highly enjoyed the Coffee and Tots I got for her. Who wouldn't. My only complaint, and I do mean ONLY, is they have No Decaffeinated Coffee. Lots of places don't have Decaffeinated Coffee.

I have always loved Sonics Frito Chili Cheese Burrito. Such a tasty and filling snack.So they recently started advertising again. I ordered the small Frito chili burrito. 2 times now. Each time they were disappointing. I mean maybe 8 chips and not even an ounce of chili. Both times. With a $1 tip I might add.So I did call and nicely express my disappointment. I was hoping for a savory remake but only offered a refund, of the food, not the tip.So I tried the Sonic on Main Street.Finally... satisfaction. More than twice the ingredients. Just as I remembered (and close to the savory picture you see advertised on tv).I guess I'll drive the extra 5 minutes next time.

The food wasn't cooked right. I had the chilli coney, the weinner was brunt & very very little chilli , cheese was stuck to top of cover. Who ever was cooking you can tell they didn't want to be there. I want be back. I wasted my money. I just threw it in the trash. Always check your food before leaving.

Horrible Experiences x 3. I hadn't been to the Bethany Drive Sonic in a very long time following 2 bad food experiences last year. I do try to support local businesses. So today, I decided to give it another try, hoping that things had improved. This Sonic is horrible! The burgers were undercooked. The onion rings were absolutely disgusting; incredibly greasy and so burnt that no one could eat them. I called the business and explaining the situation to Chance. His response was "maybe someone pushed the wrong button on the fryer". When I asked how anyone could serve that upon seeing it, his response was, "Some workers use short-cuts". He offered for me to drive back and they will replace the food. Why would anyone want to risk their health by the poor management and food service at this facility?Don't spend any time or money at this Sonic location!

Very poor management. Manager there likes to make his own rules. Past four months he will not sell bags of ice. Claims ice machine is not working. Meanwhile other two Sonics have no problem selling ice to customers. This sonic location has many management complaints and seriously needs to be addressed by the owner/ corporation. I have filed a report.
