Why do you put your fast bartisa on slow days and slow bartisa of busy days?

I had a mobile order yesterday came inside to pick up my Iced Coffee order and was disappointed once I returned to my office I found the half n half was clumpy and gross when I took my first drink, I will not return to this location.

The orders were served to me poorly.. and it is the second time that they gave me the coffee a little empty.. I waited more than 20 minutes when I placed the order 10 minutes before and through the app. They should improve customer service when orders are made through the App

Came in for my birthday drink and there was such a friendly, welcoming vibe. Logan's customer service far exceeded expectations, all while juggling the register and making amazing drinks!!

I ordered a Grande Cappucino at this store and I was amazed when I received an empty cup filled with milk foam. My order never stated extra foam nor did I order milk foam. This is unacceptable and a rip off. I was expecting a decently made cappucino which entails layers, espresso, steamed milk and milk foam. Paying $5.14 for milk foam is unacceptable.

This Starbucks location always gets my drinks right and is always timely. My drink is always waiting for me when I do a mobile pickup - I’ve never had to wait for it, even during morning rush. I go out of my way to come here!

I came here to pick up my order. I must have said hi to 3 of the employees and nobody even responded. I waited for 10 minutes and finally talked to one employee and she said that someone would come help me in the pick up area. The order had been ready since I walked into the store so the person handed me the bags from the counter. What a terrible service. If you’re busy I understand but at least say “hi, how can I help you?” when people walk in
