Mural is gorg here. Interior designs not my choice but that doesn't matter. My preteen and teen think it's cool so that's what counts.It's smaller than I'd like but I'm grateful our teens have a place so close to visit.Restrooms are clean always and the workers are amazingly kind.

I was there on Dec 28, 2023 between 2pm to 3 pm. They are rude, my order wasnot what exactly I wanted and was cold and they had a lot of delay for just a coffee and a pieace of Cheese Danish.I asked for coconut milk in my coffee, but it was with milk. The cashier verbally said it is with coconut milk, but, on the bottle, it was written, 1/2 milk, and it didn't taste cocunut milk. My name wasnot on the bottle, and it was cold. And after three times following-up, they gave me my coffee. When I told them I had Cheese Danish in my order too, the girl who was the cadhier too, rudly said, "Oh, nice!". ☹️

Every time I go here, the lovely presence of Karen and Randy brightens my day. They are such a joy and makes me come back time after time!Kid-friendliness: They make the kids drinks not so hot and it's perfect as soon as you drink it
I think this is one of the better Starbucks to go to in the Allen area. They hardly make mistakes and are almost always cheerful and happy. This location is also large enough for a group of 4+ people to sit inside or outside. The drive thru speed is average.
Staff is so rude here. They got my order wrong and like slammed the containers around in a visible show of their displeasure with me kindly requesting to have my drink remade. This is not first experience but it will be my last. After speaking with the manager, they were pretty aloof and unapologetic. Things are too expensive to be nickled and dimed and then treated rudely.

when you order a drink with light ice and dont leave a tip, they give you extra ice and leave out ingredients and water down the drink. ordered a paradise drink with light ice, got full ice and no fruit pieces.
