This used to be a good starbucks, but after what happened yesterday, Im never going back. I went there and ordered a Feta Spinach Wrap from the drive-thru. When I received it from the young lady at the window, I grabbed it from the top of the bag, and the bag broke from underneath for no reason. Causing my wrap to fall on my car floor. I grabbed it and ripped off a piece on the corner, then told the lady that it had fallen and I needed another one. She took it from me and took a bit to come back. To which i concluded that she had indeed warmed up a new one. But when she handed it back to me and only after I drove away, I noticed that she only taped up the bag from the bottom. I took out the wrap and saw that it also was missing a piece from the corner. In conclusion, she only took the same wrap and taped up the bag and gave it back to me even after I told her that I had fallen on my car floor and was therefore not edible. I'm not going back here.

This was previously my favorite Starbucks, but unfortunately the level of customer service has dramatically declined. They got my single latte order wrong in the drive thru, I patiently waited while they fixed it only to realize it was wrong again while I drove off. I went back inside to have my order corrected, when it was it was handed to me with a broken lid that proceeded to spill onto me. I was not apologized to or even acknowledged for my inconvenience.

Probably the rudest Starbucks experience we’ve ever had. Besides being rushed to order, the nose ring lady was flat out having a bad day, unresponsive, and I think just pissed to be here today ? We will take our large orders to Cozy Coffee from here on out. Pay that lady more! She’s downtrodden like a 1700’s maiden with no window in the tower.

I love this location! It’s right on my way to work, so I frequent pretty often. The staff is so incredibly kind, and my drink always comes out sooooo good! Thank you to the staff who always makes my mornings more enjoyable. :)

Poor customer service. Low grade problem resolution. If you encounter an issue with a drink or service, lower your expectations. This is no longer a high class coffee company. Starbucks has lost it. This store deserves less than one star. David, the supervisor, needs training. I am shocked by how unreasonable people can be.

I ordered on my app to pick up at 5:08pm. Ordered and paid for two drinks. One latte and one peppermint mocha. No one inside or in line , quiet, and two cars in the drive thru. Walked in at 5:06. One drink was made was told they were working on the other. Ok I'm early I'll wait. Nope I had to remind them I was still waiting for the mocha after they made 7 drinks for the drive thru! Really I'm your customer standing in front of you and your excuse for getting me my drinks done at 5:18 was "oh the drive thru got busy'". I believe my order was ordered way before the drive thru people (4 cars went thru). Poor service. If you can't take care of customers in front of you first, then don't have order ahead or give a time you can't commit to either.

Coffee is average. Pour over blonde roast tasted like it was roasted past full city. So not a blonde at all.

I went through drive the and the woman with a tattoo on her neck was so rude she grabbed the coffee out my hands when I ask her to put chocolate on the Top it should come on it when I called the ?‍♂️ to Copland she was rude all so I will not be going back there again and I will let everyone now know not to go there

I work here once or twice a week and I am absolutely amazed with the rapport this staff has created with their regulars as well as being super nice to all their new people. I work from home so I have been to many a Starbucks and never have I seen a group of people that genuinely seem to care about their customers and it shows. I was gone for a month and they noticed! I swear it's the little things. Anyway, the drinks are consistently good, the service is timely, and if the staff is having a bad day, you would never be able to tell. This is a well-oiled machine. Somebody in corporate, give them more money.
