The barista charged me for a grande that I had ordered but made me a tall drink. She recognized she messed up after she made it and I politely asked if she could just refund me the difference and not worry about making a new one. She called the manager over that said they don’t do refunds and won’t make me another drink. Been really treating myself the past few weeks and every time I've visited the drive thru the employees I've interacted with have been so nice!! Wish I could've gotten specific names but even so I wanted to acknowledge that their great attitudes made for a happy customer!
