Pre-order from the phone. Both orders were ready sitting on the counter for pick-up when I arrived the store. However, I stood by the counter for over 1 minute and no greeting from three staff members working in the drink/food preparation area. Thus, I just grabbed my orders and left.The drinks were made correctly as requested.There are two restrooms at the location. It’s small but clean in general.Parking: Enough parking space around the Starbucks. Also there is the large parking lot from the Sprouts supermarket near-by.

I pulled up literally minutes before closing, and the staff was extremely professional. I felt really bad for going at that time, but they had absolutely no problem taking care of every request I had. it’s hard to have consistency in a company, and team members like this are what make companies like Starbucks great.

This is a great starbucks! They work hard and during morning rush hour they really crank them out and I never wait long. The baristas are super nice and my order is always correct.

i've been coming to this location for years as well as been employed by them. everything is usually great, but today when i tired to order the drink i've ordered a million times from this location they said they couldn't but the oat milk on the side for the oat milk shaken espresso due to the fact it would now be two drinks. that doesn't even make sense because you would still be using oat milk inside the drink, all i wanted was for it to be on the side so i could measure how much i wanted to add in. the shift lead then had to come out and say they don't put ingredients on the side when i've done it a million times at this location as well as others. he wouldn't even let me explain and cut me off when i tried. very rude and unprofessional, will not being come back to this location.

I use this location because it is in my way to go to work but it is frustrating everytime I order from the app and they always not in time and sometime is not completely right as I ordered. I try to give excuses as far it is busy but i can't do this everytime. Which is today I was late for work 15min to just wait for my drink I ordered mobile @8:01am and I supposed to pick it up at 8:09 I didn't get my order ready till 8:21 am and I didn't get it as the way I asked for extra Caramel drizzle on the top of the foam. Buy I couldn't ask to fix it because I was already late. And what it makes me more unhappy because was people just entered the store to order and them ordered get ready faster then my order to pick it up 8:09 this need to be fixed I need to get my coffee before work and in the same time I don't have other options to go to different location as far as this is the only one in my way.

My drinks were always made wrong and the workers were very rude.But that's not the thick of it --I had a friend go to this Starbucks to work there, and they were very prejudiced. They created false allegations against him to get rid of him because of his ethnic background and purposely taing him out of context. Toxic work environment/toxic workers.This place needs to get investigated.Even other Starbucks coworkers express how much they HATE this location.

I have been going to Starbucks for decades. I have visited Starbucks in different states, different countries and social economic atmospheres and this was one of my worse visits. My order was simple enough; tall caramel machiatto made with whole milk and a slice of lemon loaf.1st issue: the worker at the register rang up "Banana Nut loaf" instead of Lemon Loaf. I saw the display facing me but this was not the 1st time in a Starbucks where I saw them do this and still provide the correct item. But then he asked if I wanted it warmed up. I exclaimed "the lemon loaf I ordered" in amazement. I was thinking this since no one warms up something topped with icing. He apologized and said "right". He offered a receipt for which I refused and I awaited my order. I was provided my drink but no Lemon loaf.2nd issue: I asked for my Lemon loaf as the barista was a different person and not the cashier that took my order. He graciously apologized and went to get the Lemon loaf; only to return and say there was no more. And offered me Banana Nut loaf. At this moment I am flabbergasted, not at the barista but towards the cashier. Why would he waste my time, money and set the expectation if there was no more. And then I felt as if he knew because he wouldn't ring it up right. That added insult to injury. I requested a refund for the lemon loaf which I promptly received from the barista.I left the store, sat in my vehicle, opened my beverage and gave it a stir. Replaced the lid and proceeded to leave. When I finally tasted my beverage.....3rd issue: I could taste the whole milk, the faint flavor of vanilla (likely sugar-free by the slight after taste ) and a slight caramel flavoring....but what I could not taste....Espresso!!!! As a matter of fact the taste of any coffee was sparse. At the best, I could maybe taste blonde pikes place. ?? The audacity to create such a substandard beverage....unacceptable!!TO ALL WHO VISIT THIS STORE...BEWARE AND MAKE SURE. Do not let the comfy atmosphere and smiling staff fool you. They are obviously not overly concerned with providing an accurate (or even adequate) product. I mean, the lies at the register and an espresso drink with no espresso. I should've paid more attention.I will continue to patronize Starbucks just not this location. A location that I have passed more than 40 times this year. ? Still making bad drinks. They regularly forget to sweeten drinks even though you pay extra for it.Pro Tip: Avoid this location. If you can't avoid, try your drink before you drive off.

Guy working last Wednesday is the worst worker I have ever encountered. I told him my drink was wrong so he took it back and dumped an extra espresso shot in it. I said that’s not what I want can you remake it. He said he made it and if he remakes it he will make it exactly the same. Exactly what he said so I got a refund, no apology no nothing. Went back today. Said they are out of that drink. Literal garbage employee.
