Horrible Taco Bell. Unfriendly staff/ dirty store. They advertise they are open until Midnight or later DAILY but actually close around 9:00 P.M. EVERY NIGHT!!!! My order is wrong almost every time I have ever tried ordering from here or looks horrible like they just threw it into the bag and don’t care. 0 Star rating for this Taco Bell but at least there is a Chick Fil A right next door!! I can Recommend the Chick Fil A just NOT THIS TACE BELL ANOTHER HORRIBLE FRANCHISE TACO BELL. Such a disappointment again……

Had a horrible experience. Ordered online for pickup at 10:06 AM, and reached the store by 10:20 when the status changed to order ready for pickup. Couldn’t find the order, asked the lady at the front desk, she gave me one minute and went to attend drive drive-thru line. Came back at 10:30 and said okay they are making it and made me wait until 10:40, then she came back and said oh let me get your order again and pulled up the receipt and made the order. They never checked their order queue and Taco Bell's order management system is clever enough to change the status in 10 minutes to ready for pickup, Never going again in here.

They forgot an item, no big deal. Pulled around to get forgotten item and got stuck in line for 17 minutes, asked for a small fry for the inconvenience and was rudely told NO. Could have said it a bit nicer and at least

The customer in evening hours are horrible, they don’t know how to behave and got no respect to the customers !!Few months ago they missed one item from my order and when I called back there guy and girl made me feel like I am lying and begging for food .When I went back to pick up the food , the lady and guy were in the drive-through window, very offensive, and were speaking in Spanish between them.Similar incident today , when I picked up food the veggie bowl , the amount was about one fourth of the bowl , when I inquired the amount , its the same guy was there very unfriendly and disrespectful , when I asked his name , he refused to tell his name . He did not any wear name tag. When I asked him for the manager, he stated they have any mangers in place and walked away . Hope Taco bell got standard practices in place for portion size , and quality and teaching these kids how to behave to the customers in all taco bells. They should not operate a business without an experienced manager in place. This was probably my last time to this taco bell location.Thanks

I had Taco Bell on Monday and it was fine, I went back Thursday because I needed something fast and ended up getting food poison. Sorry but once I get a bad experience I never go back.

They got my order wrong & didn't give a receipt. Luis O refused to refund the wrong portion of the order. Made me order additional food to get exchange. 2 burritos for $4 bucks. Only offered 2 tacos for $3. He made me buy an additional taco to get 4 tacos in exchange. I'd rather have my money. He wouldn't give me the original receipt but could recall with details. Only have a second receipt. Order 209196.
