Sushi and live music, what more can one ask for?!I’ve frequented 3 different Blue Fish restaurants; Las Colinas, Plano and Allen. This review is for the Allen (Watters Creek) location. The backdrop is a community park and on days when the weather is nice there’s plenty of people watching.I met a friend for delicious sushi: rainbow roll, spicy salmon roll, calamari, and yellow tail sashimi. I also ordered a strawberry smash cocktail that paired perfectly with the meal.The real treat however was the live music!!I highly recommend this restaurant.??????????????

The food is ok but the service was terrible and staff rude. Had to argue to get what I wanted and even forced me to get the manager to get it for me. Definitely won’t be back.

This is my new favorite sushi place. Their truffle salmon is legitimately amazing. Also they have a bowl that is called spicy chicken and I was pretty surprised how good that was. We tried a lot of sushi rolls as well and my personal favorite is the Hawaiian roll. Only complaint? They have two separate entrances and they are constantly opening and closing due to how busy they are. Winter time ... it is cold inside so bring a jacket!

Among the most bluntly self-interested restaurant experiences I have ever had in my life. Hideous over-charge on sushi, and they would not work with me at all when questioned about it.The fish was not fresh, and yet the manager would still not concede the best interest would be to admit to this, and invite me back as a paying customer. If you value a high-quality sushi experience with appropriate service and being placed first as a customer, do NOT - I repeat, DO NOT - go here.Unfortunately chose this restaurant and never will again, based almost strictly upon the general manager’s adamant need to be right and overcharge me.

Awful awful service. Came for a special occasion. Restaurant half empty- yet served water in plastic kiddie cups. Placed big order and got some fried rolls very fast, then after 35(and I know it was 35 minutes exactly) had to inquire about the rest of the order- not seeing the chefs making any rolls- waitress tried to argue that restaurant was extremely busy working on take out orders (what?!) and hence the delay. Will never come back again because night was ruined and the way it was handled was not acceptable.

Sushi was delicious.
Rainforest roll was good. Spicy tuna roll was okey. Miso Salmon with mushroom rice was really impressed.
