Loud, crowded, WAY overpriced restaurant very good food.It is ridiculous to pay $24 for Spaghetti and meatballs (without the meatballs) when you can go to any Italian restaurant for just as good a meal and pay less than $20 (Olive Garden has it for $17).The cheesecakes are good but so sweet your pretty much done after 2-3 bites and you still have a huge piece left. Share with 3-4 people if you can decide on one flavor. I'd prefer smaller dessert options that cost half the price and satisfy the sweet tooth well enough. This last visit the waiter was horrible, the only drink he offered to refill was the one that costs per refill. He had no smile the entire time and in fact looked irritated to be there. He could have suggested other pasta options for the non meatball order that weren't so $$.The atmosphere is like eating on a fancy looking, crowded subway car. You're mixed in with people you don't know and can hear more of your neighbors conversation than your own. While waiting for a table there is a big palm type tree that is always in the way. Trying to stay out of the middle of the waiting area while standing near the palm tree means getting smacked by the leaves every time you adjust your feet. We've gone to cheesecake factory many times since they first arrived in the Dallas area but I cannot say I would choose to go back again.

Booking in advance would be better as it is very popular. The food is delicious and in large quantities.

Things have changed since my last visit. This was my birthday celebration and to my dismay, food was mediocre. Normally, pasta was always above par...delicious. Food arrived with barely any sauce on pasta and chicken. Also, cheesecake has decreased in size.

We had a 50.00 dollar gift card from online. And they refused to accept it because they didn't want punch in a few numbers but that's ok. We will never be back and i will spend my money elsewhere. So if u have a gift card from online that u can use at four different places. And cheesecake factory is one of four don't expect them expect it.

We came in for my daughter's birthday. We've come several times before and this year she picked it again so it seemed like a birthday tradition was being born. She ordered the Carne Asada Steak as she had done before and loved but this time was different...the dish seemed so small that we all looked at each other and wondered "Did we order a kid's portion? Sure doesn't look like a $24 dish...Is this Shrinkflation? We asked the server to ask the kitchen manager and he came back and said That's how the dish came and if we wanted any more, we would be charged. I'll never forget the look of disappointment in my daughter's eyes. She had gotten this dish before but this looked very sad..I wanted to get an additional order in but that would've taken too long. Some shortcomings with some of the other dishes but we managed. The whole experience just felt short and sad when it was supposed to be other than.. We'll see if this birthday tradition endures.

We started with dessert first and all ordered the tiramisu, which tasted fantastic. There were three of us. Our friend ordered a Caesar salad and she raved about the dressing. My husband ordered a Louisiana pasta dish and he loved the seasoning. I had a bowie pasta dish that had pieces of garlic cloves, which I love. For me you can't have too much garlic. Tony was a great server. I use a electric wheelchair to get around and appreciated that the table height there was perfect. We even took a piece of cheesecake to go home. The only negative I would have is that out in the parking lot there is a dip by the handicap part and I was concerned about my navigating it. We love the food, atmosphere and staff. We already are talking about when we will go back there to eat. It is such a fun place with great food.

I haven't been here in a long time so I stopped in to grab a couple cheesecake slices to go for no other reason than "just because". The staff was friendly and helped me right away. I was a little shocked at the price...$9.95 for a slice of cheesecake? ? But I got them anyway. The White Chocolate Raspberry has been my absolute favorite ever since I first tried many years ago. I ate that one first. What an utter disappointment. I don't know if they're using inferior ingredients, skimping on flavors or both but I was sad at how tasteless both slices were. Cheesecake is supposed to be dense, not have the consistency of cake frosting. And it was actually kind of bland too. Even the chocolate graham cracker crust was boring. It just lacked the zing it used to have. I also got a slice of the Lemon Raspberry. Pretty much the same thing-just as boring, just with a cake layer under the cheesecake. No lemon zing at all. Reckon I'll just have to start making my own. ?

Got my order wrong first of all and how on earth are you charging $30 for a pasta dish with 4 pieces of shrimp. Cheap and a ripoff. They charged me $8 for 4 pieces of shrimp.
