Tiff Treats provides above and beyond customer service, the best I've ever experienced with any company EVER. They had delivered my WARM cookies at the front door and they were delicious. My kids were so excited for their new fav cookies. Thank you Chip and James for your help! I cannot wait to surprise my husband and my parents with cookie orders for Valentine's Day. They will LOVE it!

Our townhome complex kindly ordered some cookies as a gift for my boyfriend but delivered to his old job. He was in contact with the delivery driver and they were aware that he didn't want the cookies delivered there. We could've picked them up after work or something. Instead of listening, the delivery driver left them at his old job for no one to claim. Called the store, they said the delivery was for his job, not him. How? Our townhome complex has delivered cookies as a gift to him before with his name on it, same as this time, with his name on the box! Bad experience overall.

DO NOT ORDER FROM DOORDASH. Ordered through DoorDash, but the store doesn't want to pay for a dasher to deliver. So instead they take more orders than they can manage. We waited over an hour and a half and then decided since it was past 9pm we would drive to pick them up ourselves. We pay for a delivery service, we pay for a tip for the drivers, we should get a timely delivery. If you can't manage to deliver and the store can't afford DoorDash don't offer the service.

Many of my co-workers raved about this place, so my husband and I decided to try them. I really don't know what all the hype is. $21 for a dozen very small cookies, that are just ok, was not money well spent. I would rather pay $26 for half a dozen, very large cookies at Crumbl.

Delivered to the wrong apartment complex. They re-delivered within 15 mins. Customer service was friendly and mentioned if I'm charged twice to call back and they'll fix it.
I love receiving Tiff's and also giving them as gifts Yummy cookies, good service, fast delivery.
