This place is great. Very clean on the inside. Super friendly staff and fantastic food. It’s also super quiet, which isn’t something I’ve ever noticed at a restaurant but it’s a very nice feeling. I’ve been back countless times and don’t plan on stopping! If your hesitant, definitely give it a try!

I deeply regret to inform you that my recent experience at Way Back Burgers in Allen, TX was far from satisfactory. Despite my anticipation for a fulfilling meal, I was met with disappointment on multiple fronts. Firstly, the size of the burgers was exceedingly small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and hungry. Even after placing my order over the phone, the staff failed to accurately fulfill it, demonstrating a lack of attention to detail and customer service. Their suggested solution of revisiting the establishment in the future does not address the immediate issue at hand.To exacerbate matters, the quality of the food itself was subpar. Both the burgers and fries arrived cold, which significantly impacted the overall taste and enjoyment of the meal. It is disheartening to experience such a lack of attention to food preparation, particularly when dining at home. Furthermore, the single classic burger, touted as a signature item, proved to be disappointingly small, failing to provide the satiety one would expect from a burger of its nature.Regrettably, this experience has left me with no desire to return to Way Back Burgers. I had hoped for a memorable dining experience, but instead, I was met with a series of shortcomings that detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future patrons.

This was our fourth visit to Wayback over the course of a few years.Although we are not very frequent visitors, this is my favorite burger place in the area. Tonight my husband and I decided on a whim on the way home to stop and eat. I ordered the chicken sandwich with onion rings and my husband got the classic. Everything was delicious. They also offer some really good shakes!Service is excellent, and the restaurant is clean. As I was eating , I thought it to myself - “I should write a google review…”. About 5 minutes later, the owner came over to greet us, ask how the food was and if it was our first time. A very pleasant interaction. I am so happy to have this establishment here in Allen. Will return !

A good burger should be juicy and warm, but this was far from it. It felt as if it had been prepared well in advance and left to sit, losing all its appealing qualities in the process.Additionally, the fries that accompanied my burger were also cold. Fries are best enjoyed hot and crispy, but these were a letdown. It was disappointing to see such a lack of attention to maintaining the quality and temperature of the food.In conclusion, my experience at Wayback Burgers was not a positive one. I hope they take this feedback into consideration and improve their service and food quality for future customers.

I recently had a fantastic takeout experience at the new Wayback Burgers location. The cashier, Faith, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. I had a specific question about the origin of their meat, and she didn't hesitate to find out the answer for me. A staff member from the kitchen even came out to explain everything in detail – that's what I call going the extra mile!The food itself was delicious! The quality of the ingredients was top-notch, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Wayback Burgers. Thanks to Faith and the friendly kitchen staff for making it such a great takeout order!I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying burger.

This place is awesome. Their hamburgers are absolutely delicious my husband ordered chili cheese fries it's a big order ? of course I stole some.. To end our meal we ordered Their delicious hand dipped shakes freaking awesome ?.. Highly recommend also the owner introduced her self to us she is so sweet and absolutely amazing will definitely come back when in this area again... Thanks guys
Came back 2nd time. Burger and chicken burgers are very good for the price. Milkshake is very good. Fries are the type I love. Onion rings are ok, not crispy enough for me. All in all, I enjoy the food and will be back to try cheesesteak!
