This Whataburger opened shortly after at least 3 nearby fast food stores shuttered. Demand is so high it overwhelms such a small outfit. They make mistakes because they simply can't keep up. The workers are trying, but are frustrated with high expectations.

Very very slow service. The wait in the drive through was excruciating.Whataburger should study Chic-fil-a and copy what they do.

Probably the slowest drive thru and bad quality food experience in Collin County. IT took 30 minutes on a Sunday morning to get my breakfast. My hashbrowns contained 2 little sticks and my taquito and sandwich were stale like they had been sitting, which is confusing cause I had to wait 30 minutes. I received my change in nothing but dollar coins because they apparently ran out of bills. Whataburger has fallen off greatly since the acquisition, but this set a new low bar for being terrible. Just an awfully run operation.

Just went to this location and used the drive thru to place an order, and drove ahead to pay and take my order and found out they didn’t place the order, and the team member had a really bad attitude even though it was their fault they messed up my order.

Had a Whataburger Can't believe I actually ate it,!Meat was hard,way overcooked and cold.Actually the worst I've ever had anywhere.Won't return.Should have had them make another but was on the run. Can't believe the kitchen is allowed to send that kind of burger out.I guess I'll take my lunch so I know what I'm eating.Probably healthier and cheaper too

(This is an accumulative score, of the last 5 visits here). This location used to be very good; food, service, atmosphere, but the last couple of years, it has become a shadow of what made Whataburger great. Now, the service is beyond slow, inaccurate, and unapologetic when it is inaccurate. They have scored a perfect 5 for 5 in messing up our order the last 5 times we have been here, and their employees have a nonchalant, indifferent attitude about taking someone's money and not giving that someone what they ordered. If you have family in town and want to show them a Texas Landmark, DO NOT take them to this Whataburger, they'll only let you down and make you look bad (AND, they, this location, won't care)
I bought this today literally not a hour ago at 8:25 P.M. and this is how the majority of the salad appeared! It was not even fresh and had to be thrown away.This is unacceptable, somebody could get sick eating food that is NOT fresh. Do better.

Parking: Parking spaces available on two sides of building (the two sides that have entrances into the dining room). Approximately 25 parking spaces total.Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere is kid friendly essentially because kids love whataburger- if they have good taste they do.
