im shocked this place is open. literally grimy. Dismal. The gelato display/fridge was filled with 70% empty, apparently half-melted gelato. the coke display was missing comes. the employee I interacted with seemed like she was contemplating walking into traffic. i walked out without touching anything bc something really strange was up. cannot imagine how anyone walks in, looks around, and purchases food.

This place has gone downhill. Slow service >20mins, dirty bathrooms and low on stock. Wont be long before they are OOB. Longtime customer not coming back.

So dirty, nothing stocked, soda machine is broken, absolutely a disaster dirty windows and dust on the ceiling and then now one single table was clean. The ice cream bins were halfway empty just gross gross gross gross even the little gumball machine was empty. How sad.missing chairs

This location is really run down and not very clean. Really nice staff, but overpriced for what you get. I wouldn’t ever stay to eat there.

Disappointed. I only saw one sandwich price but I was charged more. Didn't question it, just won't go back. Sandwich wasn't even that good. If there are sandwiches that are more expensive it should be noted on the menu.

This store is really just awful. Don’t bother ordering online either, you’ll get whatever slop they decide to throw together at the last second and hope you won’t notice. And definitely DO NOT tip these incompetent lazy staff. We ordered online, arrived maybe 10 mins after email said our order would be ready and still had to wait another 10 mins for them to get our items, which were not hot and missing ingredients. Avoid this store, there are better Wiches around DFW, so whoever manages this franchise hires total nitwits. ?????? We’d rather go to Subway!

The customer service is absolutely awful. Ordered on the app to wait OVER an hour just for our subs to be wrong and cold. Ask the guy if they even got our order (after we checked in and them our names and waited) for them to turn around and it was ready for over 20 mins. Cold as ice and the manager Luke wouldn’t give us any type of refund or compensation. There are about 2/3 other families in here with the exact same issue. They have waited over 40 plus minutes with their subs being completely incorrect. The women who is working tonight 9/3 is the only one who was trying to help. Completely disrespectful with the way the manager handled this. Had to talk to him through the employees phone since he kept telling him no on any type of refund. Take this off your menu if you aren’t going to comply.Edit *** the remake LITERALLY only has two pepperonis on it .. no sauce. How fk disappointing.

the location went to kiosk based ordering and it is horrible. They have a couple written notes trying to explain the ordering but everybody had issues. redesign or you will lose business. Came because of a 50% coupon.

Swung by with the kiddos after swim lessons for a quick dinner and it took 20 min to get out food and it was awful and missing items. Won't be back.

never ate there before and surely won't again. I thought they forgot to put the turkey on the large sandwich I purchased. upon further inspection I saw there was 1 slice. I brought it home to eat and that's when I noticed. The bread was completely tasteless there was literally a smidgen of coleslaw. I could have doctored it up at home by adding more turkey and some lettuce and tomato but the bread was so so so bad just tasteless like fresh cardboard !! the whole thing went in the trash. the lemonade was fine and my husband says the fries were not so great.But the sandwich I was looking forward to was soooo bad. Really. $20!bucks thrown in the trash. ( of course minus the lemonade ) i love Jersey Mikes. should have driven out of my way to go there. now they have delicious sandwiches. !
