Food is excellent, but the customer service is amazing especially Diego, the host he takes you order with a smile his customer service is top notch. Definitely will be back . And the service is fast online order or just walk in . Great job diego.

My order it was $21 and I try to pay a cash and I give them $50 bill so they don’t have change back for $30 so they didn’t take my order so I left I don’t understand how is big company like Wingstop and they don’t have $30 cash back.They have to say we don’t expect cash it was bad experience for me and I’ll never go back to the Wingstop

Food is okay, but it’s ridiculous on how pricy their combo meals are. I spent $17.95 on a 10-piece, which included an extra charge for $1.25 on an additional ranch sauce and 8.25% tax! Go to hell Wingstop smh ??♀️P.S. NONE of the cooks were wearing gloves EWW ? No wonder people get SICK!!!
It has gotten better with the flavoring and actually stuff being spicy, many times before they put too much sauce on the BBQ wings and make it non edible.
This is the last time I order from Wingstop.I have ordered six times in the 90 days. They have forgotten the fries in two orders and messed up the flavors in two orders. That leaves them with a 2/6 order success rate, which I'm not sure how that is possible.When confronted with their mistakes and a receipt or the incorrect food they do not apologize. They do not offer to do anything to bring us back as customers. They simply stare at you. It is inconvenient to have to return to a restaurant to bring them back the wrong food and get new food. Any other restaurant would at least apologize. I'm not even looking for free food on their mistake which I can prove with a receipt.I have filled out the surveys and corporate doesn't care either.I am now a Plucker's customer.You better check your orders before you walk out and open every single box because they will not and they will not care if they mess it up.

I wish I had written a good review for this place but this review is 1 star for a reason. I placed my order and the doordasher who picked it up dropped it off at the wrong location. Great, I'm left with 30 less bucks and no food. I like wingstop, but since they couldn't deliver it correctly I don't think I'll ever order delivery from here again.
