Not sure about the rest of the reviews that were posted here , but my order was an exceptional!!!! It’s been a really long time that someone could surprise me with an amazing pizza (look and taste). A few days ago I’ve tried the same pizza in Dallas location and I didn’t like it all. However I decided to give it another try locally near the house in Allen location. I placed online order and came to pick it up shortly . It took me some time to get back home and pizza wasn’t piping hot , BUT let me tell you .. it was AMAZING!!!! at least mine was!!! Absolutely going to return!!!

Today is my first and last time ordering pizza at Zalat Pizza in Allen, TX and any Zalat Pizza in the United States. I was really excited when I ordered a 19 inches Pepperoni Pizza. But once inside waiting to pickup my Pizza, all the staffs working inside looked like they're on High smoking mariquana. No respect or care about the customers or making pizza. Once home opened my pizza and what I see was the most ugliest pizza in the world and my pizza tasted ugly too. It was the most sad and dissapointing feelings in the world. I don't know how the creator of Zalat Pizza have the nerve to bragged about how good their pizza making is. I always goes to Kroger and Walmart and gets a frozen $1.78 Totino's Party Pizza and it looked and tasted ways much better than Zalat Pizza. And now I'm back eating $1.78 Totino's Party Pizza and not $19 plus tips= $25 Zalat Pizza.

Avoid at all costs! Staff is rude, taking no pride in providing customer service. We placed an order on Friday for pickup and the wait was 1 hour and 10 min. Went to pick up pizza and waited another 20 minutes, and finally said I wanted my money back and they handed me pizza that was cold and inedible. Skip this place and go to Roma!
I order pizza from here all the time. I don’t mind spending money on good food. Im not one to complain but the last 2 times my pizza was completely burnt to a crisp on the bottom and was not edible. Im afraid that the standard at this location has gone downhill.

This is by far the best pizza I have had in my life, and I always reach this realization with every order. The pepperoni masterclass is to die for (especially as a pepperoni and garlic lover). The little notes in the boxes warm my heart each time too. Thank you Zalat for coming to Allen.
