I place my order with an apple turnover added and , the young lady at the window looked like she was having a bad day, got billed for the apple thing but didn’t get it nor was I asked if I wanted sauce for chicken strips…… this is not the first nor second time this kind of incident happened, I think it’s best that I just don’t ever go there again…

For 8-10$ I would expect to get full off of chicken strips, these were more like chicken nuggets. I had to make a side salad to make sure I didn't feel hungry 15 minutes later. Go to McDonald's or the golden chick next to this location, my boyfriend loves kfc but I think that it's this location that don't seem to care much about their customers. From the previous and recent reviews I would assume this establishment is just very lack luster and lazy.

Horrible experience !! Chicken sandwich was drenched in spicy mayo , had no pickles. Fries were dry and not fresh. No ketchup was included or even napkins. It's like, man, I pay 13 bucks for this garbage, I rather just go to the golden chick in the area. The food was gross, and customer service was disgusting. I ain't driving to this kfc ever again! I'm sticking to the one is Mission.

Poor customer service. 2 little girls gossiping at the drive through window. Not paying attention to what they are doing. I had to wait for the order and they still didn't get it right, didn't give a receipt either. Managers really need to get their staff in order.
Poor attitude,Dirty as floor everytime ,reason why I get take out. Cashier girls rude rolling their eyes at people when swapping out an item especially with my grandma
