I have always had the best experiences at this Starbucks, and having been a gold member since it began in 2008, I've been to a LOT of locations. Every employee from the shifts at 5am to some "last call" orders at 8pm have been as sweet as the syrups they use in their drinks. Even the one time they got my order mixed up, I had to practically beg them NOT to give me free drinks, a gift card, a refund, etc. That is how committed to customer service this location is, and is a shining...read full review
The baristas are kind every time I come into the store in the morning, but when I choose drive through the lady that works it is very rude. I think her name starts with a T? Seems to never understand what I’m asking for even though it’s something on the menu. I think she needs to be trained again.

Service is always fast and friendly. Location can be a bit tricky because of the interstate and feeder roads but once you get it down it’s no problem. Ordered ahead five days in a row while in town on business and never had to wait.
