My husband and I love this coffeehouse! We try to go a few times a month at least, and look forward to see what their monthly specials are. It's fun to see their creativity. I appreciate that the specials are available off the menu too since I don't want a gingerbread latte only in December! The staff have always been very pleasant and efficient. The drinks are consistently well made, the place is clean and chill, and I think it's awesome that they give the ability to reserve the back for group activities if you so desire. I've seen that they have Trivia night as well, but we haven't made it to one yet. I've tried some of their food too. It's fine, but their drinks are what we come for.

$7.56 -for a 20 oz mediocre cold brew as of 02/2024. Don't go there unless you have at least 10 minutes to spare waiting for them to open up the refrigerator right next to them and pour the simplest drink on earth. Then again, it is in Alvin.

1820 is very close to our house so we used to stop all the time. The coffee is very good and the baristas are all nice!That being said, the only frustrating thing is drink recipes are not written down (at least not from what i can tell) where they can reference. I've had to switch my favorite drink multiple times because new staff don't know what it is or they no longer remember... the ones that come to mind are 'Snowy Night' and 'Sheridan's Favorite'. I know Sheridan is no longer there, but wish the recipe was saved so I could still order it. It's just frustrating finding a coffee you love and then having to change it that often. I would rather support a local business, especially one only a couple blocks from me, but the inconsistency has been driving me away lately.

Went with a friend the day after Christmas, because he told me he would take me there after I found out about this place and he had been there beforehand. Loved the place! The service was great and nice bartsias and atmosphere was very cozy. The coffee was delicious! I got the hazelnut frap. and my friend got the peppermint bark frap. YUM! Will be telling people about this place and coming again!
