I can’t believe they charge for condiments. You already spend money on end breakfast and drinks, apart from that they want to charge for condiments when they should be included.

Service here is terrible. I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes while one employee served another customer and two other employees just stood there and ignored me. Then two other customers walked in (two men much younger than me) and one of the employees who was ignoring me immediately asked them what she could get for them. I said, very pointedly, "Hello, I'm standing here." She replied "Hello sir," and then, turning back to the two young men, again asked what she could get for them. I said "I was here first." She replied "Oh, I'm sorry, I thought someone else was already helping you." I don't believe she was telling the truth. She could not have thought I was just saying hello to her because I didn't know her and had never seen her before. She just chose to ignore me and serve other customers who were behind me in the line.

Foods good, all the employees I’ve met are super rude. Little overpriced. Always takes 10 minutes to get 3 donuts. Nothings available 2 hours after open except for plain glazed. Not a good experience any of the times I’ve been. Shipleys has yet to do me wrong
