This is quite a different type of Mexican restaurant with a Caribbean type of food. Yes, not traditional, not Tex-Mex either. That is why I liked it because it was different. The portions are big and the taste is big too. I had the puffed taco and it filled the entire plate. My waitresses was US Navy and she was wonderful even rhough she thought I spoke Spanish.

I got the fajitas and the beef fajita meat tasted so off and very old. The kids loved the food they got and the service was excellent. I guess today was just a out day for them. I most likely will try it again.

Genesis was our waitress and was absolutely fantastic. Food was amazing and portions were sizeable. Definitely returning!
We arrived just after the lunch rush and were seated immediately. Chips, salsa, and a small bowl of refried black bean dip appeared immediately.Drink orders were handled quickly. Margarita tasted like they forgot the tequila. Margarita $4.50, bottle of Bohemia beer $4.99.Our server, Cielo, was all by herself, and it was like she was on roller-skates, everywhere all the time.We chose from the lunch menu, a beef burrito, this is the number seven on the lunch menu $9.99 and the number 25 Chalupa, $12.99.We enjoyed both and had food to bring home.The restroom was immaculate.This will definitely be a do again place for us
