I got the 6 piece meal. I was given very old chicken. Fried chicken from Walmart would have been better. I didn't bother to call the store because the round trip from my house was 30 minutes. One of the pieces looked like someone took a bite out of it. I will never go to the KFC in Alvin again.

Every table dirty and only 2 customers- used the bathroom and it was filthy with no paper towels after washing my hands. Ordered an apple turnover and waited 20 minutes to get it and no napkin.

Clean inside and food was okayish but that new manager lady has the worst attitude ever… I liked the guy at front counter he was very welcoming but the manager lady that just started forgot my food and pointed at me then had a attitude.. will Never go to this location again until they hire a new manager! 2/20/24 day

I’m not big on eating at fast food restaurants, but decided to because my daughter had to use the bathroom. I was surprised on how clean the bathrooms and the actual place were. Gabriel assisted us with our order and he was very pleasant. Food was great as always.
Last 5 times I purchased the chicken only box, the chicken was lukewarm upon purchased.The chicken was not cut properly, more bones than normal, some of them broken.The breading was dark and old, as if it was being warmed up from the day before.Not ever wasting money on something that even my cats turn their nose up to ever again.Popeye's chicken is further away from me, but worth the extra gas, for a superior quality and a better price.

I was charged $1 extra to have a breast thigh and drumstick in my 3 piece meal ... What I got was a breast that looks like the workers took half the skin off, a drumstick that looks like half of it is missing and the smallest piece of chicken that they are calling a thigh (it's about a 3 inch piece ) Ridiculous for the amount of money we are paying for food. I took pictures of this mess they call a 3 piece meal ..but I don't know how to add on here

Ordered a small family bucket meal and the chicken was soggy and so was the customer service honestly. No greetings when u come in and if u have to have them wait a min to pull money out of savings the cashier will tap his finger annoyingly over and over again. Kinda made me wanna tell him I changed my mind and went something else bc of his rude vibe and all. Just straight rude
