“I placed an order through the app. When I got there to pickup I was told they were out of flat bread for all three sandwiches. This is happening a lot everywhere so no big deal. Jeremy gave me some alternatives and got my order together quickly. He was very accommodating and polite. My wife said it was the best subway sandwich she’s had in awhile. So hats off to Jeremy! I always get great service here.“
“Drove thru, confusion on ordering, so I came inside. Attitude will hurt a business.No one there but me. I told her I chose to come inside because of the confusion on what I was ordering. I apologized that I never have ordered in their drive thru before. She and the other lady were not friendly at all. Not a smile insight. I order there many times, take out, and dine in. She started my sandwich, and I realized she was doing a foot long. I told her I wanted a 6" not a foot long. She had already put the chicken on. I apologized. She never asked me what size once. Attitude from both women came on thru looks and tone. I don't expect them to be there long. I apologized several times. It went unexcepted. Maybe a language barrier, not sure.I will still go there, if either of them are working I will go to another location. There's no need to ever be rude. Employee nor patron. I am 71 and not a rude person. Maybe they both were having a bad day. I was having a great day and finishing it off with a great sandwich!“
“I ordered the smokehouse sub with just the meat and cheese medium size. It was delicious the bread was toasted perfectly ,the brisket sliced ultra thin and was not dry at all plus the cheddar cheese complimented the whole sandwich.i will definitely be ordering this again. Thank u very much !“

“I just want to praise Alice it was literally 4 minutes til close and she took me and my husband in and made our food. Just wanted to say she made the best dang sandwiches I've ever had from subway! Not only was it perfect it was so neatly done and she was so fast doing it. She was the only one there also! She was closing down the store. I walked in it smelt so clean and was spotless! She was so amazing. Got to talking with her and she has already worked a year there. Y'all really need to promote her! She is most definitely management material and loved her store! “We LOVE Lenny’s. We eat here at least once a week and it is always perfect. They never get our orders wrong. They’re always on time for deliveries (I’ve never eaten at the restaurant, I always Grubhub it) but it’s so good!! The cookies are divine. I love the Italian sub and my husband loves the Philly cheesesteak. My daughter loves the meatball. You just can’t go wrong, here! I had major surgery and when I woke up from the procedure, I told my husband that we needed to get Lenny’s! Better believe it, as soon as the hospital discharged me, we went and got my sandwich.
