This is the closest Starbucks to me and it makes me so sad that drinks here taste like “water after you have washed dishes” I have NEVER left a bad review but after three bad expensive drinks this month.Please check the water. I need a closer place for my addiction

Today red cup day I went into Starbucks at Krogers and was greeted with an attitude the lady had was annoyed to take my order because I needed a minute and there was nobody behind me also didn’t give me a red cup until I asked after I got my drink never going back again !!!

They have a rush today because the Starbucks down the street has no water and is closed. I placed a mobile order for this Kroger location, then got here and saw the long line. Other customers asked if they could cancel their mobile orders, and the baristas here said there was no way to cancel a mobile order. The baristas say they asked corporate to turn off mobile orders for this location for today since they were unable to serve their customers in a reasonable amount of time, and corporate refused to do so. I received my order 45 minutes after the time the Starbucks app said it would be ready. I'll remember this next time I want a cup of coffee. I don't care to patronize a company which is so arrogant and has zero respect for its employees and its customers.

While shopping at Kroger I placed a mobile order so it would be ready when I checked out at the register...I still waited after check out. Overall our barista was friendly and made a delicious hand crafted drink. My daughter and I got the pumpkin spice frappe and my husband got the espresso frappe. We enjoyed ours and my husband said his was a bit bitter. I didn't have a bad experience here and will definitely continue to visit this location.

I went in there at 8:30 to get a drink. I asked the lady if they were close and she said yes I’m cleaning, so I said it says “y’all don’t close till 9” then she goes to saying the expresso machine has been cleaned without even asking me what I was getting like she didn’t want to take my order I go Starbucks all the time and I have to say Krogers is the worse one to go to .

Everyone is excellent but this one barista Waylon ALWAYS makes my drink wrong every time I go in and I go in about 3 times a week. Very very disappointed. Do not every try to go if he’s working, I’m drinking straight milk and I got a Carmel frappe.

The lady working tonight 7/21/20 refused to serve me cause she said to they were closed at 20:45And she was wearing her mask as a chin strap. Not covering her mouth and nose at all. Unprofessional. The employees at this location seem to try to rush out of work and say they can't make something cause they cleaned the machines 30-45 minutes before closing!
